MULTI-FUNCTION COOKING OVEN HAVING HORIZONTALLY AND VERTICALLY ORIENTED COOKING ELEMENTS AND MULTI-POSITION HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL ROTATION DEVICES
Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to a multi-function cooking oven having horizontally and vertically oriented heating elements and cooking functions that configure horizontal and vertical position, horizontal and vertical rotation, radiation and superheated air circulation for cooking food within the oven enclosure. Cooking functions include horizontal rotisserie, vertical rotisserie, baking, warming, dehydrating, pizza, barbecuing, kebabs, toasting, boiling, and air frying. Depending on the cooking function, a timer is set for turning on and off the horizontally and vertically oriented heating elements and a fan providing heated airflow within the oven enclosure. The timer also controls rotation of a vertical axis turntable assembly and a horizontal spit assembly configured with or without a wire drum. In an air fryer function configuration, a wire cage containing food is mounted in close proximity to the vertically oriented heating element on the back wall of the oven enclosure vertically oriented heating element and rotated to bring the food into a superheated region of the oven close to the vertically oriented heating element. Operating in a baking function, the turntable assembly is mounted within in a bottom slot of the oven with its mechanical gear linkage set in a first position to engage a motor for vertical axis rotation of the baked goods. When operating in a pizza cooking function, the vertical axis turntable assembly is mounted within a slot in the middle of the oven enclosure with its gear linkage rotated into a second position to engage the motor for vertical axis rotation of the turntable.
Food cooking appliance comprising a stirring blade
Provided is a food cooking appliance comprising: a bowl having a side wall; and a blade, the bowl and blade being designed to have a relative rotary movement about an axis of rotation. The blade includes a lifting means shaped so as to lift the food with which it comes into contact, and a means for pushing the food toward the lifting means. The appliance is characterized in that: the aforementioned side wall includes a widened section, the lifting means extends directly vertically above the widened section, and the respective projections of the lifting means and of the widened section overlap in a single plane parallel to the axis of rotation. The invention can be used in the field of cooking appliances.

This invention relates to an air fryer oven, which is specifically designed to solve the technical problem that the rotating cage structure of the side-door oven of similar product is poorly designed, the cage or oil filter net cannot be used simultaneously, the effect of cold and hot air circulation is not good, and the side door cannot be easily dissembled or cleaned. The opening at one side of the oven body is provided with a shell door, the inner walls of three side faces on the cover shell is provided with an inner bracket, the front opening of the inner bracket is symmetrically provided with a support frame, the bottom part of the cover shell is provided with a base shell and an inner base plate, the body is provided with a rotating cage; wherein the top inner cover at one side of the front opening of the said cover shell is provided with a belt motor, the belt motor at one end of the top inner cover is joined with the belt pulley at one side of the central shaft of the rotating cage through the belt pulley, its other side is buckled to the first shaft block on the inner wall of the inner bracket, the central shaft of the rotating cage is provided on the end cap at both sides of the rotating cage that is provided with a rotating cage door, the shell door is buckled and hinged with the base shell through a sliding buckle, the inner wall of the inner bracket is provided with a light, the hot air in the body door circulates through the shell body.

In an apparatus for heating and/or cooking foodstuffs, in particular meat products, comprising an appliance housing with at least one opening, an accommodating device for the meat products to be heated, a heating device associated with the accommodating device and having one or more heating elements, the accommodating device has one or more accommodating compartments which is accessible by way of the opening, and an insertion cassette which corresponds to a respective accommodating compartment and which can be loaded with one or more meat products in a predetermined orientation relative to each other and is adapted to be introduced into and removed again from the accommodating compartment.

A food processing apparatus includes a pressure vessel defining a compartment having an inlet end for receiving food product and an outlet end for discharging food product, an open-top screen mounted within the compartment and movable relative to the compartment between a first position, for food processing, and a second position, to facilitate cleaning, a rotatable auger mounted such that at least a portion of the auger is within the screen, the auger being operable to advance food product within the compartment from the inlet end of the pressure vessel toward the outlet end, and a transfer mechanism including a conduit in communication with the compartment, a fluid discharge positioned substantially within the conduit, and a pressurized fluid source in communication with the fluid discharge and operable to propel a fluid through the fluid discharge to move food product through the conduit.
AUTOMATIC DISPENSING, COOKING AND SERVING APPARATUS AND METHOD
Described herein is an automatic cooking apparatus 100 and method. The apparatus includes at least one curved heating member 106 configured to move in an arcuate path, and at least one dispensing mechanism for dispensing at least one semi-solid liquid substance on the at least one heating surface 106a, 106b. The curved heating member 106 has at least one heating surface 106a, 106b, which, in the course of dispensing of the semi-solid liquid substance on the heating surface 106a, 106b, moves in the arcuate path to spread the semi-solid liquid substance on the heating surface 106a, 106b. The heating surface 106a, 106b is also configured to attain one or more cooking positions in the arcuate path after the semi-solid liquid substance is suitably spread on it for cooking the at least one semi-solid liquid substance.
OVEN ROTISSERIE
A system and method for cooking food on a rotisserie in a conventional oven includes setting an oven thermostat to a desired cooking temperature. As spring on a mechanical drive motor is wound and a spit is placed through meat. The spit is then placed on a support to hold the meat in a substantially horizontal position, and the spit is coupled to a mechanical drive motor. The oven rotisserie and meat are placed into the oven to commence a cooking operation. The spit is rotated intermittently via the mechanical drive motor during the cooking operation in accordance with operation of an escapement and gear of the mechanical drive motor. The oven rotisserie and meat are removed from the oven after completion of the cooking operation.
Counter top cooking appliance
A counter top electric appliance optimally performs a variety of cooking modes with both radiant and convective heat sources as well as control means for controlling the timing and intensity of the heat sources. A driver turns food about either a horizontal or a vertical axis of rotation suitable for the specific food and recipe. A hinged door supports the food to be cooked so that in one location the food is caused to be turned by the drive means and in another location the food is loaded into or removed the appliance, external of the cooking compartment, to be easily handled by the operator.

The device (1) also comprises a screen (7) which is disposed relative to the air outlet (5) and the air inlet (6) such that it is possible to force the air flow (4) to effect a movement to obviate the screen (7) in order to return to the air inlet (6) from the reception means (2) onwards.
Electrical Fryer
Provided is an electrical fryer including an inner pot configured to contain oil, an oil filter configured to filter oil and drain oil contained in inner pot, an electrical heater. The electrical fryer further includes: a knob mechanism comprising a knob presenting an oil filtering position and at least one heating position; an oil filtering control mechanism connected between the knob mechanism and the oil filter; a temperature control mechanism comprising a switch assembly being drivingly connected with the knob mechanism; wherein, the knob is turned so as to switch between the oil filtering position and said at least one heating position, and when the knob is turned to the oil filtering position, the knob mechanism drives the oil filtering control mechanism to open the oil filter and the knob mechanism controls the switch assembly to switch it off so that the electrical heater is not energized, and when the knob is turned to said at least one heating position, the knob mechanism controls the switch assembly to switch it on so that the electrical heater heats the inner pot.
