Roller conveyor oven for heating while rotating and conveying a multiplicity of cylindrical food items thereon
A forced hot air roller conveyor drying assembly is provided. It consists primarily of two parts; a roller conveyor for rolling cylindrical elongated food members while transporting them horizontally from one end of the conveyor to the other, and a hot air drying assembly for blowing hot air around the product as it is being rolled. The combined rolling of the product and the drying of the product helps ensure that the physical roundness of the food product remains nice and uniform while it is being uniformly dried. The forced hot air assembly may include a fan and heating elements, the fan directing warm air to the product rolling horizontally through the assembly and the roller conveyor may be comprised of a multiplicity of paired roller members driven by chain links, which chains are in turn driven by an axle engaging a drive sprocket.
HOT FOOD MERCHANDISING UNIT WITH ROLLER GRILL
The present invention provides single units that contain a large lower chamber, and one or more display shelves above this chamber on the inside of the unit. A roller grill or other large appliance may be provided in the lower chamber, or the chamber may be left open to display large food products or other items. The shelves may be heated for keeping foods displayed on the shelves warm; however, the shelves need not be heated for food products that do not need to be kept warm. Heating elements, lights and sensors may be adjusted using electronic controls to provide optimum temperatures inside the various chambers of the display units. Display units of the present invention allow store owners to utilize the space above a roller grill or other appliance to merchandise additional food products as opposed to requiring a separate food merchandiser to occupy additional valuable counter space. The performance of the roller grills of the present invention is improved over stand-alone roller grills, thereby reducing the potential for lost sales due to food not being sufficiently heated.
Systems and Methods For Using A Thermoelectric Module (TEM) Device For Uniform Heating
Systems and methods for using a thermoelectric module (TEM) device include TEM(s) configured to generate electricity based on a temperature differential, a motor and shaft, and first and second roller components. The motor is coupled to the TEM(s) and configured to rotate the shaft in a first direction of rotation upon receipt of electricity from the TEM(s) based on the temperature differential. The first roller component is coupled to the shaft, which is configured to rotate the first roller component in the first direction of rotation. The second roller component is coupled to the first roller component and is configured to support a heatable item. Rotation of the first roller component in the first direction is configured to rotate the second roller component in a second direction of rotation such that the heatable item supported by the second roller component is rotated in the first direction of rotation.
Automatic rotating grill machine
Provided is an automatic rotating grill machine which can be used at home or elsewhere so that an ordinary user can enjoy new pleasure and leisure time. An automatic rotating grill machine is a machine that cooks a food item that is a cooking target, by heating while rotating the food item held on a rotating skewer member. The automatic rotating grill machine includes a housing, a wheel attached to the housing, a heating portion including a heating source provided in the housing or a heating source placement tool on which the heating source is to be placed, a driving device which rotates the rotating skewer member in a given position where the food item can be heated by the heating portion, and a driving control device configured to supply power to a driving source for the driving device and to control driving.
Extended life roller grill
An extended life roller grills for re-thermalizing and merchandising food product with easily replaceable bearing assemblies, drive assembly and roller tubes. The grill is comprised of rotation of a plurality of heated internally tubes, a drive assembly that transfers rotational motion to the roller tubes from a cam or chain or gear system or cog belt attached to a motor providing rotational motion and force to the roller tubes. Roller grill chain drive or gear drives, or cog belt or cam drives that utilize replaceable bearing assemblies for extending the service life the roller grill. A cam drive assembly substantially increases the reliability, ease of assembly and disassembly, serviceability, and maintenance of the roller grill. Cam drive provides for easy removal, servicing and replacement of roller tubes not available on other drive systems for roller grills. Replaceable bearing journals to extend the life span of chain, gear, cam or belt drive grills.
FOOD HEATERS, SUCH AS FOR USE IN HEATING HOT DOGS
Food heaters for heating food such as hot dogs, sausage links, bratwurst, and the like, and associated systems and methods are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a food heater can include a roller assembly pivotally coupled to a base. The roller assembly can include a drive unit, a plurality of elongate heaters extending outwardly therefrom and generally parallel to one another, and a plurality of rollers removably positioned over corresponding ones of the heaters. The drive unit can include a drive system configured to rotate the rollers to rotate food placed thereon, while the heaters heat the rollers to heat the food. The roller assembly can be rotated away from the base to facilitate removal and cleaning of the rollers.
Roller Grill Assembly Canopy
Provided is a canopy cover for a roller grill assembly that works in conjunction with a roller grill food separating device. The canopy includes a pair of support brackets that contact the sidewalls of the roller grill to support the canopy thereon. The canopy support brackets include cutouts for positioning a food separating device on the grill assembly. The configuration of the cutouts allows the food separating device support brackets to rest between the ends of the canopy support brackets and on the roller grill. The canopy further includes a pair of canopy header brackets for supporting a header graphic custom sign positioned above the roller grill. The canopy provides a sanitary cover for a roller grill and a food separating device that permits segregation of food products on the grill surface, protects the food from contaminants, and provides support for an advertising sign.
GASTRONOMY ROLLER HEATER
