Vertical cooking apparatus
A wire rack apparatus which fits on top of a shallow flat baking sheet pan and oven that supports a plurality of bacon slices vertically during roasting so that grease and fat and particular water within the body of bacon slices runs onto the shallow baking sheet pan. The bacon rack has a series of spaced upright wire mesh racks extending from a main support base rack. The upright wire mesh racks are positioned in elevated relation to a shallow baking sheet pan during cooking. The mesh racks are removably secured by U-shaped bend inserted slots to the main support base rack. Bacon slices are placed in the upright rack during roasting.
ADJUSTABLE GRATE ASSEMBLY FOR A WOOD BURNING GRILL
A wood burning grill includes a cabinet that defines a coal support platform for supporting burning wood during a grilling process. A grate is positioned above the coal support platform and a grate positioning assembly mechanically couples the grate to the cabinet. The grate positioning assembly includes two four-bar linkage systems positioned on opposite sides of the grate for suspending the grate in cantilevered manner from the cabinet. Each four-bar linkage system includes a drive arm that is mechanically coupled to the drive gear and a support arm that maintains the grate in a substantially horizontal orientation while moving between the raised position and the lowered position. A hand wheel is rotatably mounted to the cabinet and is coupled to the drive gear through a rotating shaft and a worm gear such that rotating the hand wheel moves the grate between the raised position and the lowered position.
Heating element assembly for cooking apparatus
A belt cooking apparatus (10) includes a lower frame structure (12) and an upper frame structure (14) in registry with the lower frame structure. A lower cooking conveyor belt (16) is supported by the lower frame structure (12) and correspondingly an upper conveyor belt (18) is supported by the upper frame structure (14). Heating element assemblies (20) are mounted on the lower frame structure (12) just below the lower cooking belt (16) as well as on the upper frame structure (14) just above the upper cooking belt (18). Food products are cooked while positioned between the upper and lower moving cooking conveyor belts (16) and (18) by heat generated by the heating element assemblies (20) while being advanced by the conveyor belts.
Barbecue grill apparatus
A barbecue grill apparatus includes a first folding plate, a second folding plate, a rotating connector and a first heater. The first folding plate has a first top part, a first middle part and a first bottom part. The second folding plate has a second top part, a second middle part and a second bottom part. The rotating connector connects the first bottom part and the second bottom part for the first folding plate and the second folding plate to rotate along the rotating connector to spread with a first angle to be an open mode and to rotate along the rotating connector to collapse with a second angle to a close mode. In the open mode, a grill bracket is placed between the first folding plate and the second folding plate. The first heater placed in the first middle part to emit heat toward the grill bracket.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR A COOKING APPLIANCE
A method and apparatus for a cooking appliance. The cooking appliance may include air frying in one heating compartment and steaming in another heating compartment. Each heating compartment may include at least one food container. The food container may be a drawer. One or more heating devices may be in communication with the one or more heating compartments. One or more circulating devices may be used to circulate air. A controller may be used to heat the contents of the one or more heating compartments and circulate the air.
Extendable roasting apparatus
A roasting assembly is presented herein, configured to accept a removable food support. The assembly includes an elongated shaft, a handle, and a socket. The elongated shaft includes a first end and a second end. The handle is coupled the first end of the elongated shaft. The socket is coupled to the second end of the elongated shaft and comprises a hollow portion axially opposite the elongated shaft. The hollow portion of the socket accepts a removable food support.
NOVEL GRILL TOP COOKING DEVICE
The present invention comprises a novel grill top device generally consisting of a trapezoidal prism-like body and an accompanying lid. The body will be placed on top of a preexisting grill or heat source which allows users to cook with their own grills. The design allows for heat to be trapped and concentrated within the body resulting in high temperatures and even heat distribution. The present invention cooks food in a vertical fashion. The lid is equipped with hooks on the bottom side which are used to hang skewers filled with food items. Skewers are exposed to the same amount of heat from all sides resulting in even cooking. The vertical cooking method prevents cancer causing char marks, ensures sauces or flavorings applied stays onto the food items and does not burn off during the cooking process, and makes flipping of the food items unnecessary.
Cooking Apparatus
A cooking apparatus suitable for outdoor use including a substantially ellipsoid or ovoid housing which at least partially defines a cooking area within the same. The housing is substantially formed from aluminium.
SKEWER COMBINED WITH A SLIDABLE PUSH BAR FOR EASILY REMOVING COOKED FOOD FROM THE SKEWER
A self-locking slider for a skewer. The self-locking slider has an engaged end and an opposing push end. The self-locking slider has spaced apart first and second plates to engage an engaged end of the skewer biasedly in a locked engagement, yet the first and second plates are movable to an unlocked engagement. The first plate defines a locking aperture at the engaged end for slidably receiving the skewer in a longitudinal direction and, separately, in a latitudinal direction between a locking end and an unlocking end of the locking aperture. The second plate at the engaged end and the push end provide aligned skewer passageways, respectively, for slidably receiving the skewer in the longitudinal direction. The first and second plates are movable toward each other to the unlocked engagement enabling the self-locking slider to slide along a length of a skewer by way of the skewer passageways.
INDUCTION RANGE HAVING AUTOMATIC DOUBLE SIDE ROASTING FUNCTION
Disclosed is an induction range having an automatic double side roasting function. The induction range includes a body having an internal space in which a heating coil portion configured to perform induction heating and a rotating rod configured to provide torque of a motor are formed, an induction-exclusive container which is inserted into and mounted in the body to be tilted from the ground at a first angle and is continuously or intermittently rotatable inside the body by the rotating rod and in which an object to be cooked which is accommodated therein is cooked by induction heat transferred from a side surface of the induction-exclusive container, and a control portion including a recipe memory portion configured to store a plurality of preset recipe modes, a heating coil operation portion configured to control an operation of the heating coil portion, and a motor driving portion configured to control the motor.
