Smoking Oven
A smoking oven is disclosed in the present application. The smoking oven includes a case body provided with a smoking cavity therein; a heating device provided in the smoking cavity; and a smoking box provided in the smoking cavity and positioned over the heating device. A through hole is provided on a side wall of the case body, so that the smoking box can be conveniently removed out of or installed into the smoking cavity via the through hole. Replacing the smoking box via the through hole facilitates the use of the smoking oven.

A user's desired setting can therefore be accurately set, including with the benefit of tactile control aspects.
Cooking apparatus for cooking packaged ingredients
A cooking apparatus for cooking ingredients packaged together in a package is provided. The cooking apparatus includes a cooking device and a barcode reader. The cooking device includes a housing defining a cooking room for accommodating the ingredients therein, a cooking unit for heating contents in the cooking room, and a control module electrically connected to the cooking unit for controlling operation of the cooking unit. The barcode reader is electrically connected to the control module, and scans a barcode on the package representing data related to information about the ingredients, decodes the barcode so as to obtain the data, and transmits the data to the control module that controls operation of the cooking unit based on the information.

A plurality of channels is formed between the plurality of diffuser rib and at least one of the plurality of diffuser ribs and the plurality of channels is operable to deflect a relatively downward flowing fluid relatively horizontally across said support body.

A support body supports food within the hollow interior and a heating element is positioned to heat the hollow interior and the support body. A temperature sensor is operable to monitor a temperature of the support body. The temperature sensor is located remotely from said heating element.

The locking assembly has a bearing member, a mount connected to the bearing member, a driving member, a first elastic member and a locking member. The bearing member is detachably connected to a surface. At least a portion of the driving member is provided within the mount. A first end of the first elastic member is connected to the driving member. The locking member is connected to a second end of the first elastic member. The locking member is capable of moving relative to the mount under the driving of the driving member and the first elastic member, and is locked to or separated from the fixing member.
