Outdoor cooking station with range portion and method thereof
Embodiments of an outdoor cooking station having heating elements extending to define a griddle portion and a range portion of the cooking station. The griddle portion may include a griddle covered with a hood pivotably mounted to the griddle. The range portion may include a grate with heating elements sized to heat, for example, fluids in a receptacle on the cooking station. Further, the grate of the range portion may be sized and configured to removably secure a cage for safely holding and maintaining the receptacle over the grate.
OUTDOOR GRIDDLE STATION WITH GREASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
System involved with but not limited to an apparatus including an outdoor griddle station with a system capable of communicating grease and other food byproducts from the cooking surface to a receptacle. A downwardly sloping opening in the cooking surface of the griddle member is disposed in nesting relation to and fluid communication with a basin situated beneath the griddle member. The basin is attached to a duct, forming a fluid transfer assembly that may pass through the heat source housing of the griddle station. The fluid transfer assembly is disposed over a receptacle capable of holding fluids. The receptacle may be removably supported by a bracket seat attached to the base of the griddle station such that the receptacle may be capable of being removed and replaced. GRILL WITH FLAT TOP GRIDDLE AND VERTICALLY ADJUSTABLE SWINGING ACCESSORIES
A live-fire grill has been developed with a central opening and one or more adjustable accessories. In one example, the central opening is covered by a central grate to provide a more typical grilling experience. In another example, the central grate is raised to prevent food loss down the central opening. Surrounding the central opening is a griddle with an outer periphery defining a retention ledge. The retention ledge serves as a backstop to prevent food falling off the griddle and onto the ground. Attached to the grill is one or more rods holding one or more adjustable accessories. The accessories automatically lock in position and may be adjusted both horizontally and vertically. In one example, the accessory is an adjustable grate with 360 degrees of rotation.
PORTABLE COOKING STATIONS HAVING INTERLOCKING SEAR GRATES AND GRIDDLES
Portable cooking stations having interlocking sear grates and griddles are disclosed. An example portable cooking station includes a sear grate and a griddle. The griddle is configured to be removably interlocked to the sear grate in a side-by-side arrangement.
Multifunctional and portable cooking implement
A multifunctional and portable cooking implement includes a deep fryer module, a cooktop module and an oven-grill-griddle module, which may be configured between the deep fryer module and the cooktop module. The multifunctional and portable cooking implement provides a plurality of means to cook and warm food items in a compact form and may have legs that pivot about respective leg hinges to elevate the modules, above a ground surface. The exemplary multifunctional and portable cooking implement may have a length from a first end to a second end that is configured to fit within a truck bed and on a tailgate of a truck. A cover-countertop may be pivotably coupled to one or each end of the portable cooking implement to pivot open to provide countertop space for food preparation.
Cooktop with hinged grates
A cooking appliance includes a cooktop and a burner mounted on the cooktop. At least one coupling member is coupled to the cooktop. A grate, a griddle, or a reversible griddle is selectively coupled to the at least one coupling member and is operable between a raised position and a lowered position when the grate, the griddle, or the reversible griddle, is engaged with the coupling member.
GRILL PLATE FOR OVEN WITH DRAINING FEATURE
A grill plate configured for use within an oven is provided that includes a cooking surface and one or more projection members projecting outwardly from the cooking surface. The one or more projection members may be configured to abut a support element within the oven. Further, when the one or more projection members abut the support element, the cooking surface may slope downwardly from a rear side toward a front side of the cooking surface. That way, cooking byproducts, like grease, may be directed forwardly toward drain holes provided near the front side of the grill plate. The cooking byproducts may then be collected in drain pans located below the drain holes.
Modular and Multi-Functional Grill Devices and Kits
A modular and multi-functional grill device which includes a grate with legs attached thereto, a cover, and a handle. The legs are pivotally configured and reversibly secured at a plurality of positions to define a height of the grate relative to a heat source. The cover may be reversibly attached to the grate in a plurality of configurations for a plurality of uses, such as a tray for holding fuel for combustion, a serving platter, a windscreen to protect from weather elements, or a griddle. Finally, the handle may be reversibly attached to the grate, cover, or both and thus used to move/hold the grate and/or cover. The handle is also used to reversibly secure the grate to the cover when the grill device is in a storage or transport configuration.

A heating element is associated with the housing and a support body supports food within the hollow interior. The support body includes a body having a plurality of diffuser ribs. A plurality of channels is formed between the plurality of diffuser rib and at least one of the plurality of diffuser ribs and the plurality of channels is operable to deflect a relatively downward flowing fluid relatively horizontally across said support body.
