RADIANT/CONVECTION COOKING DEVICE
Modular shelving systems for mounting foods within a food preparation environment, including mounting multiple levels of stacked shelves, and mounting inclined shelves which may be advantageous in cooking fowl and other tapered food articles. Radiant energy and moving hot air oven embodiments with efficient adjustable volume cooking cavities, economical construction details, and reduced volume storage. Manually powered spit food mounting embodiments, utilizing horizontal and inclined spit rods to facilitate, among other things, cooking of tapered food articles, such as, by way of non-limiting and non-exhausted examples, fowl and leg of lamb. Powered spit food mounting embodiments utilizing horizontal and inclined rods. Modular cooking cavity extensions which expand to meet cooking requirements. Safety interlocking switching features, which also make embodiment use more versatile. Vertical axis horizontal turntable.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COOKING FOOD WITH RADIANT HEAT
A system and method for cooking food items with radiant energy includes a radiant heat fryer having a cooking support rack that can selectively dispose a food item at an angle. The radiant heat fryer includes a radiant heat element that can be disposed over the food item to cook the food item. The cooking support rack is configured in a substantially horizontal configuration for a first cooking cycle to partially cook the food item. The cooking support rack is reconfigured to dispose the food item at an angle and the food item is then cooked for a second cooking cycle.
GRILL
A grill such as a gas grill for grilling, cooking or baking food on a grill grate or the like, in particular for outdoor use. It has a combustion chamber, in which a burner arrangement is provided. The combustion chamber is provided with a hinged hood which covers the grill grate in the closed state. A simple and reliable conversion between direct and indirect grilling is achieved and enables a simultaneous and energy-saving direct and indirect grilling. The grill is provided with a guide plate, which is designed in the direction of a main axis of the combustion chamber in any width and which covers at least a part of the burner arrangement. The guide plate extends between front side and rear wall of the combustion chamber and supported on inner edges of the combustion chamber.
ARTICULATED DEVICE FOR GRILLING FOOD IN AN OVEN
Articulated device (10a, 10b), of the extractable type, that optimizes the grilling of food in an oven (20); it is made up of two superimposed grates constrained to each other a first lower grate (101) that is engaged in the lateral guides (203) of the oven and a second upper grate (102) that is frontally liftable, which are constrained to each other with a lateral articulation means (103) acting as a double-action hinge that allows it (102) to position itself on the food in adhesion, each time adapting itself to its specific shape. The proposed solution improves daily professional practice, while obtaining the following advantages: cooking times and energy consumption are reduced thanks to a greater heat transfer by conduction, there is greater cooking homogeneity, one can make the grilling marks on both sides of the food without having to turn it.
Cooking Pan Assembly
A cooking pan assembly includes a pan that may have food items positioned therein. The pan has a bottom end and the bottom end is open to pass grease therethrough when the food items are cooked. A grill is provided and the grill is selectively positioned in a cooking device. The pan is removably coupled to the grill such that the grill passes the grease therethrough. A plurality of couplers is provided and each of the couplers is coupled to the grill. Each of the couplers releasably engages the pan to retain the pan on the grill. A spacing unit is removably positioned in the pan. The spacing unit is structured to have a plurality of compartments and each of the compartments receives one of the food items thereby retaining the food items in an upright position.
BARBECUE GRILL GRATE SYSTEM
A barbecue grill grate system including a coated cooking grate having a plurality of cooking members defining a planar cooking surface. The coated cooking grate is configured to be removably placed on a barbecue-grill. The plurality of cooking members are arranged in a cross-section fashion in a grid-profile providing openings along the planar cooking surface to permit convection of heated air from a lower portion of the barbecue-grill to an upper portion of the barbecue-grill. The coated cooking grate includes a copper-infused-coating.
Grill accessory
A grill accessory creates a steaming chamber on a grill that has a heat source and a rack of spaced-apart bars over the heat source. The grill accessory includes a cover configured that covers a food item and forms a steaming region below the cover. The cover operates in connection with a vapor generator that receives and holds fluid beneath the cover. The vapor generator has at least one vent opening to release steam into the steaming chamber. The grill accessory is configured so that it can rest upon the grill rack of spaced-apart bars, and so that the vapor generator transmits heat to the fluid in the vapor generator to convert the fluid to steam. The vapor generator releases the steam through the vent opening(s) into the steaming region below the cover. The steam can help melt toppings and/or introduce moisture into food items cooked on the grill.
OVEN USED FOR HEATING AND BARBECUING
An oven used for heating and barbecuing comprising an oven body; an isolation plate is disposed in the oven body; the isolation plate divides the inner chamber of the oven body into an upper portion and a lower portion; the center of the isolation plate is provided with a ventilation opening; a fire-pan is disposed in the inner chamber of the oven body that is located above the isolation plate; a lifting mechanism used for propelling the fire-pan to move up and down is disposed in the oven body; the present invention has a reasonable structure; the lifting mechanism is capable of propelling the fire-pan to move up and down; the firepower and the cooking temperature can be easily controlled by users.
Drippings Collection Assembly
A drippings collection assembly for collection of drippings during preparation of a food item includes a rack and a tray. The rack is positionable in a pan so that a grate of the rack is elevated above a bottom of the pan. The tray is selectively positionable under the rack so that a first end of the tray is positioned proximate to one of opposed ends of the rack and a second end of the tray is positioned on the pan beneath the other of the opposed ends of the rack. A depression is positioned in the tray adjacent to the second end collects drippings that fall from a food item that is positioned upon the rack.
