Rotatable clamping handle for a rib and roast rack or wire chafing stand
A removable, retrofit, and/or rotatably attached handle is attached to a top wire of a wire chafing stand in embodiments of the disclosed technology. The handle can be rotated upwards such that a curved bend within the handle locks in place a first pan resting on the top wire of the wire chafing stand. A second pan, oriented upside down compared to the first pan, can be placed thereover, as a lid, on the first pan and held in place by the curved bend within the handle. The top and bottom pan are held in place by the same curved bend or bends of one or more such handles.
FUEL GRATE FOR A GRILL
A fuel grate for a grill is disclosed. The fuel grate may include: a solid fuel support grate, configured to fit into an internal cavity of the grill; and at least one fuel ignition surface, configured to be placed at a predetermined distance from the solid fuel support grate in the internal cavity of the grill, wherein the distance is determined as to allow placing combustible fire starter in an amount sufficient for igniting a solid fuel.
Food carrier and grilling accessory
A food carrier for use in a cooking space of a cooking appliance has a first cooking area and a second cooking area on which a food to be cooked can be placed. The cooking areas can in particular be grilling areas. The first and the second cooking areas are arranged on opposite sides of the food carrier, and each of the first and second cooking areas has a structuring. The structuring of the first cooking area is different from the structuring of the second cooking area.
Dynamic Power Management System, Method And Temperature Control For Conditioners
Disclosed is a conditioner to condition nutritional substances with conditioning programs that power conditioning elements for percentage of the time of a repeating temporal cycle. During each temporal cycle, each required conditioning element may be activated for only a percentage of the full time of the temporal cycle. The conditioner includes temperature controls that are responsive to sensor feedback from the conditioner and that modify the conditioning element activation during the cycles.
Grilling rack
A food grilling rack provides a frame defined by a plurality of connected side walls forming a closed geometric shape. The frame includes a lower corrugated sheet that provides multiple troughs, each trough having a lowest portion. The lower sheet is attached to at least some of the side walls. An upper sheet of material is supported (e.g., removably) above the sheet of corrugated material. There are a plurality of openings in the upper sheet of material, each opening being vertically aligned with a lowest portion of a trough. In one embodiment, the frame includes a pair of flanged members attached to a lower corrugated sheet that provides multiple troughs, each trough having a lowest portion. A sheet with openings slides into the frame aligning the openings with the lowest part of the trough.
OVEN SHELF
Oven shelves which can be disassembled and, if desired, fit into ovens having different dimensions. The oven shelves include a sheet having a non-stick layer. The sheet has a loop-shaped border along the length on two opposite sides, into which loop-shaped border the rods (longitudinal rods) fit. Transverse rods are located between the longitudinal rods and ensure that the sheet is tensioned. A support element is optionally provided under the sheet during use.
Expandable barbeque grill grate
An expandable barbeque grill grate especially adapted for use in connection with different size barbeque grills and having a pair of coplanar plates with each of the plates including a frame with multiple parallel fingers extending from the grate frame with the fingers of one grate alternately interleaved with the fingers of the other grate and the sidewalls of adjacent fingers being in close face contacting relation and angularly disposed with respect to the horizontal plane of the barbeque grill grate.
Foil configuring device
A device for configuring foil for use in cooking food comprising a base portion comprising first and second portions, the second portion pivoting relative to the first portion; a first plurality of rotatable elements operatively associated with the first portion; and a second plurality of rotatable elements operatively associated with the second portion; the first portion operating to pivot relative to the second portion for entry of foil therebetween; the first and second plurality of rotatable elements operating to configure foil as the foil passes between the first and second plurality of rotatable elements.
Apparatus and method for flipping food
Disclosure of a flipping device for cooking foods in an oven at home or at a commercial location resulting in a uniform cooking of the food as well as retaining a juicy texture uniformly within the food.
Vertical rack for cooking whole fish in oven
A vertical grating for cooking whole fish in an oven is disclosed herein that includes a base in isosceles trapezoid shaped form, which has columns set to hold the whole fish in such a way that it is suspended and allowing for the cooking of fish on both sides so that the skin is crisp, wherein the grating may be used to present the fish to the fish eater and facilitating their consumption.
