OVEN WITH TILTING BROILER ASSEMBLY
An oven includes an interior liner defining an interior cavity between two generally parallel, spaced-apart side walls, a top wall extending between the two side walls, and a back wall extending downwardly from the top wall. The oven further includes a broiler element mounted within the interior liner and moveable between a cooking position, wherein the broiler element extends laterally along the top wall in a direction between the two side walls and longitudinally away from the back wall, and a cleaning position, wherein the broiler element extends laterally along the back wall in the direction between the two side walls and vertically away from the top wall.
PORTABLE GRILLING DEVICE
A portable grill having multiple grill sections attachable to one another to form a grill member; and a pair of support standards each attachable to one edge of the assembled grill member to elevate the grill member for positioning over charcoal or other fuel for cooking thereunder. The individual components of the portable grill can be packaged into a small case. The grill is collapsible/stackable, portable, with V-shaped stainless-steel grill grates to improve cooking performance and conditions for individuals and families who love to grill and barbecue outdoors. The grill design prevents food from ever touching the surface of an actual existing grill and avoids fire flare-ups.
Grill device and coupling and corresponding plate for food to be grilled
A grill device for grilling food to be grilled, to a coupling and to a plate for food to be grilled is provided. The grill device includes at least one frame having at least one frame element and at least one holding element, arranged at one end of the frame element. The grill device can be rotated about a vertical longitudinal axis A and is suspended or supported upright along the vertical rotational axis. At least one support element for food to be grilled is arranged thereon. The at least one support element has a first portion which has an opening through which the frame element can be inserted. The frame element has a non-rotationally symmetrical cross-section such that the support element for the food to be grilled and the frame element cooperate by interlocking with respect to a normal plane N of the vertical longitudinal axis A.
GRILL WITH FLAT TOP GRIDDLE AND VERTICALLY ADJUSTABLE SWINGING ACCESSORIES
A live-fire grill has been developed with a central opening and one or more adjustable accessories. In one example, the central opening is covered by a central grate to provide a more typical grilling experience. In another example, the central grate is raised to prevent food loss down the central opening. Surrounding the central opening is a griddle with an outer periphery defining a retention ledge. The retention ledge serves as a backstop to prevent food falling off the griddle and onto the ground. Attached to the grill is one or more rods holding one or more adjustable accessories. The accessories automatically lock in position and may be adjusted both horizontally and vertically. In one example, the accessory is an adjustable grate with 360 degrees of rotation.
GRILL PLATE FOR OVEN WITH DRAINING FEATURE
A grill plate configured for use within an oven is provided that includes a cooking surface and one or more projection members projecting outwardly from the cooking surface. The one or more projection members may be configured to abut a support element within the oven. Further, when the one or more projection members abut the support element, the cooking surface may slope downwardly from a rear side toward a front side of the cooking surface. That way, cooking byproducts, like grease, may be directed forwardly toward drain holes provided near the front side of the grill plate. The cooking byproducts may then be collected in drain pans located below the drain holes.
ELECTRIC TACO GRIDDLE
A food heating appliance comprises a grill member with an upper food contact surface having an articulated surface having upwardly-open cooking troughs for receiving food items such as tacos. The trough sidewalls are tapered and narrow upwardly. Each trough is defined by spaced-apart cooking sidewalls connected at a lower surface portion, with a horizontal heating element connected to the lower surface portions, A plurality of heat sink facilities are registered with each with its trough. Each heat sink facility defines a channel that closely receives a portion of the heating element assembly. Each trough is defined between an inboard cooking sidewall and an outboard cooking sidewall, with the inboard sidewalls being proximate each other and being thicker that than the outboard cooking sidewalls. The grill is a unitary casting with a peripheral rim encompassing the heating element assembly and free of undercuts and of negative draft angles.
System for Conversion of a Kamado Cooker to a Griddle
Exemplary embodiments of a system for conversion of a kamado cooker to a griddle comprises a support rack and a griddle component. The support rack is configured to seat within a lower bowl portion of the kamado cooker and define a plurality of vertical post structures. The griddle component defines a sloped cooking surface and comprises a rim aspect at least partially surrounding the sloped cooking surface and a drain slot. The griddle component is configured to be received by the plurality of vertical post structures of the support rack. When in use, grease on the sloped cooking surface is directed to the drain slot which discards the grease into combusting fuel (such as charcoal) beneath the griddle component, thereby mitigating or preventing grease fires.
Support Rack Assembly
A support rack assembly for cooking food items in a cooking grill includes a pair of stands that is each positionable in a cooking grill. Each of the stands is comprised of a heat resistant material to resist being damaged by heat of the cooking grill. Each of the stands has a plurality of support points that are disposed on the stands. A plurality of bars is each insertable through a respective one of the support points on each of the stands such that each of the bars is elevated above the cooking grill. A plurality of hooks is each of the hooks is suspendable from a respective one of the bars. Furthermore, each of the hooks can penetrate a food item thereby facilitating the food item to be suspended in the cooking grill for cooking the food item.
GRILL GRATE
A grill grate for use on a grill can include a plurality of grill rods arranged in parallel and spaced apart, each grill rod including bar end surfaces at opposite ends of each grill rod; and first and second grill connectors, the grill connectors extending in a direction perpendicular to the grill rods and connecting the grill rods by the end surfaces of the grill rods, wherein the grill rods define a substantially pentagonal shape when viewed from the direction of the end surfaces. Each of the grill rods can include a top surface; two upper sides extending downwardly from opposite edges of the top surface; and two lower sides extending downwardly from respective upper sides, wherein the top surface, two upper sides and two lower sides define the substantially pentagonal shape when viewed from the direction of the end surfaces.
ROASTING GRILL WITH METAL BALL
The present disclosure relates to a roasting grill with metal balls. The roasting grill includes: a base part provided in a circular or polygonal frame shape having a predetermined height and configured to be seated on a table; a heating part having clogged portions and through hole portions, which are alternately provided at predetermined intervals in the central portion of the base part, the heating part being configured such that multiple metal balls are seated thereon so that food is placed on the metal balls; and the multiple metal balls arranged and seated between the clogged portions and through hole portions on the heating part so that food is placed and grilled thereon. The metal balls are configured in a spherical shape so that the metal balls are rotatable in any direction, whereby it is possible to use the roasting grill without frequent replacement.
