SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AN AUTOMATED BARBECUE SMOKER

Devices, systems, and computer-readable medium are provided for a barbecue smoker device. A barbecue smoker device is provided, that includes a multi-wall container, a food platform, a heat source, an air vent at the top of the barbecue smoker device, an air flow control mechanism at the lower portion of the barbecue smoker device, and a plurality of sensors coupled to the barbecue smoker device. The barbeque smoker device may include a control device for automated control of the air flow control mechanism. A system for remotely controlling a barbecue smoker device is provided, where the system includes a barbecue smoker device including a processor and a display unit, a mobile device in wireless communication with the barbecue smoker device, and the mobile device displaying a graphical user interface that is configured to receive input from a user causing a configuration change in the barbecue smoker device.

Pellet hopper liner

A pellet hopper for use in a pellet grill includes a first bottom panel, a second bottom panel, and a third bottom panel. Each bottom panel has an inner edge that partially defines a pellet evacuation opening. The first, second, and third bottom panels form respective first, second, and third nonzero angles relative to a horizontal plane. In this way, each bottom panel tilts downward toward the pellet evacuation opening.

Device for conversion of a kamado cooker to a pizza oven

Exemplary embodiments of a kamado-style cooker pizza oven conversion device are disclosed. Certain embodiments detachably mount within a kamado-styled cooker such that the lid of the cooker rests at an angle on the top of the device and thereby “closes off” and defines a cooking space within the interior that takes advantage of the pizza oven-like features of a kamado cooker. With an embodiment of the solution installed in a kamado cooker, an open doorway or window is defined for allowing a user to insert a pizza into the cooking space and place the pizza on a pizza stone held by the device. Embodiments allow for cooking to occur simultaneously via conductive, convective and radiant thermal energy transfer.

Embodiments of a cooking station for cooking a food product are provided. In one embodiment, the cooking station includes a main body and an insert. The main body includes a vertically extending wall extending between a closed bottom end and a closable upper end with a lid. The main body is configured to extend longitudinally in a vertical orientation. The main body defines a lower insert opening and an upper insert opening, the main body including a slideable door moveable to close-off either the lower and upper insert openings. The insert is sized and configured to be removably positioned through either one of the lower insert opening and the upper insert opening, the first insert having heating element container structure configured to deliver heat to the food product.

System and Method for Bimodal Air Control in a Kettle-style Grill
20230235887 · 2023-07-27 · ·

Exemplary embodiments of a system and method for bimodal air control in a kettle-style grill are configured to be detachably mounted to the exterior of a kettle-styled grill such as, but not limited to, a Weber® charcoal grill. When mounted to the kettle-styled grill, a plenum-like component directs air flows to the interior of the grill's kettle via the kettle's lower body damper holes. A manually adjustable intake damper in the plenum component allows, restricts, or prevents a drawn ambient air flow into the plenum component. Separately, a forced air flow generated by a fan may also be provided into the plenum component. Adjustment of the intake damper may also adjust damper blades inside the grill's kettle. Ash that falls out of the kettle's damper holes falls through the plenum component and is captured in an ash receptacle that is removably mounted to the plenum component.
