SAFETY SWITCH WITH FOOL-PROOF FUNCTION AND TOASTER
A safety switch with fool-proof function and a toaster with the same are provided. The switch includes two pairs of first contacts connected to a live wire, a pair of second contacts connected to a zero line, and a trigger structure. The two pairs of first: contacts are connected in series in a power circuit. A trigger gap is formed between the first contacts and the second contacts. The trigger structure is movable up and down to drive a pressing part out of and into the trigger gap. When the pressing part enters the trigger gap, the two pairs of first contacts are electrically connected respectively. Thus, the power circuit can be effectively turned off through the switch, thereby improving the safety performance. Moreover, the switch adopts a mechanical contact structure, which is not affected by high temperature and other electromagnetic interference signals, and has high safety.

Toaster with steam system
A toaster with a steam system comprises a casing and a chassis. A slot for a bread slice is defined by the chassis. A pop-up mechanism is within the casing and supported by the chassis, the pop-up mechanism configured for supporting a bread slice received via the at least one slot, and for raising the bread slice to project partially out of the slot at an end of a toasting/steaming process. Heating element(s) in the casing are for generating toasting heat. A steam system within the casing is configured for producing steam and feeding the steam to a steam vessel in the chassis during the toasting/steaming process. A closing system has flap(s) to close the at least one slot during the toasting/steaming process, and to open the at least one slot at completion of the toasting/steaming process.
Food imprinting device
A food imprinting system including at least one imprint block, and a mounting plate having at least one opening dimensioned for receiving at least a forward portion including a printing face of the imprint block, wherein the imprint block and the mounting plate are mounted within an imprinting assembly.
Combination appliance and methods of use
Exemplary embodiments are directed to a combination appliance. The combination appliance includes a first appliance and a second appliance. The first appliance includes a front surface, a rear surface, side surfaces extending between the front and rear surfaces, and at least one heating chamber. The second appliance includes a front surface, a rear surface, side surfaces extending between the front and rear surfaces, a heating chamber, and a door at the front surface of the second appliance. The first appliance is vertically disposed over the second appliance with the front, rear and side surfaces of the first and second appliances substantially aligned. A width of the combination appliance defined by the front surface of the first and second appliances is dimensioned smaller than a depth of the combination appliance defined by the side surfaces of the first and second appliances.

Vertical Grill
A vertical grill for cooking food items is disclosed wherein the vertical grill is comprised of a body containing at least one vertical grilling area disposed between at least two sources of radiant heat energy, and wherein the body is adapted to direct fats and breakaway solids generated during the cooking of the food into an external receptacle via the external opening . It achieves this by including evacuation slides which are contained within the body of the grill and arranged in various shaped assemblies such that food and fats falling on the evacuation slide travels down until it is collected by evacuation slide guide which delivers the food and fats to the external receptacle where they are not in any danger of catching fire.
COOKING SYSTEMS WITH IMPROVED HEATING CONSISTENCY
Cooking systems with improved heating consistency and corresponding methods are provided. A cooking system includes a cooking compartment for receiving food, and a control system for controlling food cooking therein. The control system stores multiple heating times corresponding to different user inputs (e.g., a food shade, a food type, a cooking mode, etc.) The control system can determine temperatures of the cooking compartment from the past to present, as well as a temperature change between the past and present. When the cooking system is activated, the control system receives the user inputs and selects a stored heating time based upon these user inputs and the present cooking compartment temperature. At certain present temperatures, the cooking system also selects the stored heating time based upon the temperature change. This allows the controller to adjust the heating time based upon the cooking compartment temperature, and optionally temperature change, to avoid overcooking food.
Method and an apparatus for identifying a content property of foodstuff
The present invention relate to an apparatus for processing of foodstuff. The apparatus comprises an element for processing of the foodstuff. The apparatus further comprises a light source that is arranged to emit light having at least two wavelengths or wavelength ranges, the light source further being arranged to direct the light to a surface of at least the foodstuff, and a detector positioned to detect at least a portion of light reflected from the surface of the foodstuff, and arranged to generate an output indicative of the detected intensity. In addition, the apparatus comprises a component for identifying a content property of the foodstuff, the component being arranged to determine a relation between a generated output for one of the at least two wavelengths or wavelength ranges and a generated output for the other or another one of the at least two wavelengths or wavelength ranges, the component further being arranged to compare the determined relation with predetermined data to generate information indicative of the content property of the foodstuff. The apparatus is arranged such that processing of the foodstuff is controlled using the information indicative of the content property of the foodstuff.
