Cookware leveling solutions
Solutions for leveling the surface of cookware are disclosed. In one embodiment, at least one detachable adjustable leg makes contact with the stove surface to tilt the cooking surface to make it level. The pressure on the stove surface can be increased or decreased, thereby increasing the tilt until the cooking surface is level. In another embodiment, at least one detachable adjustable leg is weighted at one end and the weighted end extends outward to make the cooking surface level. In yet another embodiment, the cookware comes with at least one adjustable leg permanently attached. In all cases, multiple adjustable legs can be used to increase the stability and accuracy. In another embodiment, adjustable legs protrude from the top or bottom surface of a grate that typically covers a flame on gas stove surface.

An apparatus, pan and method for the preparation of food with hot air including a pan bottom providing a pan surface area for receiving food to be prepared, and side-walls at least partly surrounding the pan surface area, and a mounting connector for temporarily mounting the pan inside a food preparation chamber of an apparatus for preparing food. The pan bottom is provided with a plurality of through-holes as a hot air passage. The through-holes cover approximately 3 to 50% of the flat pan surface area and the heat capacity per area of a bottom surface of the pan bottom is between 10 and 75 JK.sup.1 dm.sup.2.
Frying Pan with Filtration System Built Into a Handle/Pour Spout.
A frying pan, from two inches to ten inches high, which includes an opening on the side of pan which connects through a removable filter screen holder to a hollow handle/spout that allows cooking oil and other liquids to be removed from the frying pan. By tilting and pivoting of the frying pan, the oil and other liquids can be caused to flow through the filter screen to then be dispensed exteriorly of the frying pan. The auxiliary handle/spout tilts slightly up so oil or liquids do not inadvertently drip out the hollow handle/spout when not desired.

Coaxiality of the shaft sleeves is ensured, and the stirrer stirrers smoothly.

Disclosed is an automatic egg frying mechanism with a flipping function. The automatic egg frying mechanism with a flipping function includes a fixing plate, where an upper pan and a lower pan are fixedly arranged on the fixing plate, egg outlets are formed in the upper pan and the low pan, and the egg outlet of the upper pan is positioned above the lower pan. Moreover, an upper spatula is arranged in the upper pan, and a lower spatula is arranged in the lower pan. Mechanical arm for a stir-frying action in cooking
A mechanical arm and an operation system to perform a stir-frying action in cooking. The mechanical arm has motors and a plurality of links connecting with a pan. The links length and the binding angle are limited according to the pan action and the chefs' wrist through sum of sine function.
