A demoulding device configured for releasing a cooked food comprises a releasing frame and a cooking container. The releasing frame comprises a top end, a bottom end, and a hollow column extending downward from the bottom end and penetrating through the releasing frame in a vertical direction. The cooking container comprises a container sidewall, and the container sidewall comprises an abutted portion which the releasing frame is configured to abut. When the releasing frame abuts the abutted portion, a bottommost part of the hollow column is higher than a bottommost part of the cooking container.

Heat resistant and/or nonstick polymer materials and composites, and cookware including a food support surface comprising an integrated or attached cooking surface formed of the materials and composites. The cookware includes a laminate material with structural rigidity, wherein the laminate material includes a flexible substrate impregnated with the heat resistant polymer material and/or coated with a nonstick coating, and pressed or molded in a shaped cookware or other nonstick items or component. Various cooking devices can be pressed from the material, as well as oven or vehicle components.

A food cooking management device configured to be removably positioned on a cooking vessel cooperating with a hot plate, the cooking management device being configured to emit signals intended either to control the hot plate or to prompt the user to act on the hot plate and/or on the food being cooked, wherein the cooking management device includes a recognition system to recognize a type and/or size of the cooking vessel on which the cooking management device is positioned, said recognition system acting on the cooking management device in order to adapt the signals emitted according to the type and/or size of the cooking vessel recognized.

An automated cooking apparatus includes a computer system configured to store a recipe and a cooking apparatus that includes: a frying pan that can hold food ingredients, a heater that can heat the frying pan under the control of the computer system based on the recipe, an exterior body that can hold the frying pan and the heater, and a lid that can keep food ingredients in the frying pan while the food ingredients are stirred and mixed during cooking. A lid-movement mechanism can open and close the lid under the control of the computer system. A transport mechanism can move the frying pan and the cooking apparatus, under the control of the computer system, to mix, stir, or distribute the food ingredients in the frying pan to produce a cooked food.

A foodstuff stylizing member and related methods for stylizing foodstuff through the use of heat-resistant materials. The foodstuff stylizing member can include a perimeter wall, a side wall, an upper surface and a lower surface. Either the upper or lower surface can be placed directly onto a heated cooking surface, whereby an uncooked food item can be placed onto or poured over at least a portion of the foodstuff stylizing member to form a visual element on a cooked food item.

A cookware with attached receptacle assembly provides cookware that is configured for cooking foodstuff, and at least one receptacle that fixedly or detachably attaches along the sidewall of the cookware providing multiple functions in conjunction with the cookware, including: manipulating foodstuff, preparing foodstuff, cooking at least a portion of foodstuff, warning and catching foodstuff residue, or combinations thereof. The receptacle has a continuous receptacle wall that forms a cavity and terminates at a receptacle edge. The receptacle is wide or narrow.

A stovetop wok cooking system, including a wok support assembly and a flame focusing ring. The wok support assembly includes a conical shaped fireproof main structure and spaced leg assemblies. The main structure includes a top wok support end portion and a bottom wok support end portion. The top wok support end portion includes a series of spaced bumps thereon to provide clearance for flames, and an upper lip. The bottom wok support end portion has a circular bottom support opening and a rounded rim. A clip is configured to slideably engage the rounded rim. Each leg assembly slides about the top wok support end portion and the bottom wok support end portion during use to an operative position for supporting the wok support assembly on varying stovetop designs. The flame focusing ring is adapted to be placed upon a stovetop and nested within the wok support assembly. In some embodiments the wok has a fixed handle. In other embodiments the wok is adjustably connected to the handle.

Heat resistant and/or nonstick polymer materials and composites, and cookware including a food support surface comprising an integrated or attached cooking surface formed of the materials and composites. The cookware can includes a melt-processible fluoropolymer surface or insert. The cookware can further include a laminate material with structural rigidity, wherein the laminate material includes a flexible substrate impregnated with the heat resistant polymer material, coated with a nonstick coating, and pressed or molded in a shaped cookware or other nonstick items or component. Various cooking devices can be pressed from the material, as well as oven or vehicle components.

A device for cooking foodstuff includes a frame having an opening; and an insert removably coupled to the frame at the opening. The coupled frame and insert form a cooking plate comprising a top cooking surface for supporting foodstuff thereon and a bottom heat-receiving surface for receiving heat from a heat source. The insert comprises a first side having a generally flat surface and a second side having a corrugated surface comprising a pattern of ridges. The insert can be coupled to the frame with the first or second side facing up so that the side that is facing up forms a part of the top cooking surface. A set of cookware is also provided, which includes the frame and a plurality of such inserts, wherein the inserts differ from one another in at least one of dimension, shape, and composition.
