In one embodiment the device may comprise a cooking device, such as a pan or pot, integrating a plurality of sensors, a visual display, and an electronic interface. The device may have sensors for measuring, for example, food weight, food temperature, and food volume. The various sensors may be installed within or on the device as appropriate to the form factor of the particular cooking device. By way of example, a cooking device with a longer handle may have a plurality of sensors installed within the carrying handle. A device having shorter handles may have the plurality of sensors installed within its base. The multi-sensor interactive cooking device may further integrate a wireless connectivity and a proprietary software for additional functionality.
Wok Device for Full-automatic Cooking Machines and Full-automatic Cooking Machine
A wok device for full-automatic cooking machines comprises a wok (10), a wok heating device (11), a wok rotating device (12), a wok working position controlling device (13) and a wok moving control device (14); the wok heating device (11) is adapted for heating the wok (10); the wok rotating device (12) controls the wok (10) to rotate around a central axis of the wok (10); the wok working position controlling device (13) is adapted for fixing the wok (10) on the wok moving control device (14) and controlling the wok (10) to turn to reach a corresponding working position for corresponding operation; the wok moving control device (14) controls the wok working position controlling device (13) to move directionally in the cooking machine so as to drive the wok (10) to move directionally in the cooking machine. A full-automatic cooking machine comprises the wok device.
Removable cookware handle
A removable cookware handle is disclosed for connection to a piece of cookware. The removable cookware handle can attach to an attachment member that is secured to the cookware piece. To facilitate locking and unlocking of the attachment member to the removable cookware handle, a plurality of button mechanism are present on the housing of the removable cookware handle. A first button mechanism of the plurality of button mechanisms is slidable in a longitudinal direction while the second button mechanism is depressible in a lateral direction. When unlocking the removable cookware handle from the attachment member, a user may depress the second button and manipulate the first button backward to allow the attachment member to be released from a locking cavity within the housing.
NONSTICK COMPOSITE MATERIALS AND MOLDED NONSTICK COOKWARE
Heat resistant and/or nonstick polymer materials and composites, and cookware including a food support surface comprising an integrated or attached cooking surface formed of the materials and composites. The cookware includes a laminate material with structural rigidity, wherein the laminate material includes a flexible substrate impregnated with the heat resistant polymer material and/or coated with a nonstick coating, and pressed or molded in a shaped cookware or other nonstick items or component. Various cooking devices can be pressed from the material, as well as oven or vehicle components.
Utility Pan Handle
A utility pan handle is provided, comprising a base body, a lower jaw, an upper jaw, a handle, a pivot pin, and a bottle. The lower jaw is pressed on an outer brim edge portion of an external container from outside. The upper jaw clips on an inner brim edge portion of the external container from inside. The handle extends vertically from the upper jaw and has an overall L-shape. The pivot pin is installed rotatably through holes disposed though the middle portion of the base body and a connecting portion of the handle and the upper jaw. The bottle engages the second end portion of the base body vertically to the base body and substantially in parallel to the handle. The upper and lower jaws open and close about the pivot pin by closing and opening the handle against the bottle, gripping the brim edge of the external container.
Auxiliary button for a cooking system
According to one example, a system includes a computing device having a processor that is operable to display a first portion of a cooking recipe. The system further includes a heat source system having a heat source operable to provide an amount of energy to be used to cook a food item in accordance with the cooking recipe, and a processor operable to adjust the amount of energy provided by the heat source based on one or more communications with the computing device. The system further includes an auxiliary button system having an interface operable to receive an instruction to move from a first step of the cooking recipe to a second step, and a processor operable to transmit, via a second communication link with the computing device, an indication of the instruction.
Cooking device with sealing unit
A cooking device includes a base, a housing, a lid, a control module, a heating module and an exhaust module. The heating module includes bottom heating units disposed at different locations inside a storage compartment of the housing. The exhaust module includes an air-filled element, an air-extraction element, an inlet passage, and an exhaust passage used to exhaust fog or oil flume generated in an inner pot(s). An inner surface of the lid is provided with multiple first sealing units, a second sealing unit and a third sealing unit. The third sealing unit is arranged corresponding to an opening of the storage compartment. The second sealing unit is connected with the third sealing unit to divide a region surrounded by the third sealing unit into sub-regions with different sizes. The first sealing units are arranged corresponding to the bottom heating units and in the sub-regions with different amounts.
Cooking device with multiple heating units
A cooking device includes a base, a housing, partition walls, a lid, a control module, an exhaust module, a connecting electrode and a heating module. The exhaust module includes an air-filled element, an air-extraction element, an inlet passage and an exhaust passage. The air-extraction element is used to exhaust fog or oil fume generated in the plurality of inner pots. The connecting electrode is arranged in a middle position of the base. The heating module includes: bottom heating units disposed different locations inside a storage compartment of the housing respectively and connected with the processor individually; second heating units arranged on the partition walls and connected with the connecting electrode by wires inside the partition walls; and third heating units arranged on the inner wall of the housing.
