Food support structures which utilize two-hand manipulation to increase safety and control. Removable handle construction, which decreases storage space. Peripheral feet on appliance base, to increase safety and stability. Various means for securing unitary food items, including fowl, during cooking. Structures which help prevent accidental deep fryer oil overflow onto supporting surfaces. Lid constructions, which keep a lid in place to protect the user, even while loading oversized, vertically extending foods. Food drainage opening assist device, to help drain fowl cavities after deep frying. Collapsible food support devices, used for cooking, serving, carving, and other purposes. Movable partitions within a food support, to compartmentalize, contain, cap, and space apart foods being cooked. Structures to help align over-extending food during their loading into a cooking vessel.
Automated rack fryer basket lift
A system for automating the removal of cooking racks or trays laden with food items. The automatic rack lifting system includes a fryer assembly having a frypot and a liftable traveler assembly with a removable rack carrier or cooking carriage that carries a plurality of removable cooking baskets for food into and out of the cooking medium or oil disposed within the frypot. The system may further include lift arms removably secured to an actuation support structure. The automatic rack lifting system comprises a lift system for automated (e.g. under software program control) or manually controlled automatic lifting of a cooking carriage.
Fried Food Preparation System
Provided is a fried food preparation system, which relates to the technical field of food equipment. The fried food preparation system includes a food dispenser assembly, a manipulator arm assembly, a deep fryer assembly and a frying basket. The deep fryer assembly and the food dispenser assembly are respectively arranged in parallel on both sides of the manipulator arm assembly, wherein the manipulator arm assembly is connected with the frying basket and makes the frying basket move in a plane formed by a first direction and a second direction.
AUTOMATED FRYING SYSTEM
Systems, devices, and methods are directed to automated preparation of food or consumable items, such as for preparation of fried foods. An example cooking apparatus may include processing devices for the consumable items. In some examples, a robot arm is provided that extends from a moveable base. Locators may define a relative position of the moveable base relative to processing device(s) of the cooking apparatus, such that the robot arm is configured to determine robot arm movements to move the consumable items to and from the processing device(s). In some examples, one or more zones may be used to detect movement near a robot arm, with one or more restrictions being placed upon robot arm and/or base movement in response. In some examples, a cooking apparatus provides automated transport of food ingredients for preparation of food or other consumable items.
Oven for heating and frying food
An oven for heating and frying food, particularly a rapid cook oven, includes walls and an openable oven door delimiting an oven space and heaters to heat food in the oven space. Such heaters including: microwave radiation devices, a frying plate having an undersurface, and heat circulating-air devices comprising a flow duct for removing circulating air from the oven space and leading it back into the oven space after cleaning, and a fan installed in the flow duct for creating a circulating-air flow in the said flow duct. The oven additionally includes structure delimiting a cooker space, thermal insulation between the oven space and the cooker space and a heater comprising a cooker situated in the cooker space.
COOKING-CONVEYING-BATCHING APPARATUS
A cooking-conveying-batching apparatus for automatic cooking and food production. It uses the principle of rotation to cook, convey and formulate batching. Cooking containers are rotated by a curved bevel track that lowers the cooking containers into a heat source cooker. At the end of the cooking process the cooking containers are raised and rotate to deposit the cooked food into conveying containers. The conveying containers rotate towards a batching container that deposits ingredients into the food-containing conveying containers..
Frying machine
A frying machine for efficiently placing ingredients into a frying basket and removing fried food from the frying basket. Ingredients are placed into, and fried food is removed from, a frying basket by moving the frying basket and a frying tank cover to above the frying tank using a first transfer mechanism, moving the frying basket and frying tank cover to a predetermined position using a second transfer mechanism, and causing the frying basket to descend to an ingredient input position or fried food output position using the first transfer mechanism, and the ingredients are placed into the frying basket and the fried food is removed from the frying basket efficiently at the ingredient input position or fried food output position separated in the horizontal direction from a position above the frying tank in a configuration equipped with the frying tank cover adapted to open and close the frying tank.
TURKEY COOKING DEVICE
A turkey cooking device comprises a base, a burner, a gas supply device, a turkey pot, a temperature control device disposed on the base or the burner, and a safety valve disposed on the burner. The burner and the turkey pot are disposed on the base. The burner is located below the turkey pot and connected to the gas supply device. The temperature control device comprises a temperature controller, which abuts against the outer circumferential wall of the turkey pot, is electrically connected to the safety valve and controls the burner to open or close through the safety valve. The temperature control device controls the safety valve to close to cut off a gas source when detecting that the temperature of the outer circumferential wall of the turkey pot reaches a preset temperature, so that the situation that food is affected under an excessively-high oil temperature and consequentially the health of eaters is affected is prevented; user attendance is not needed, and the device can be easily and conveniently operated by users; and fire accidents caused by spontaneous combustion of cooking oil under an excessively-high temperature can be prevented.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR OUTDOOR FRYING LARGE FOOD ITEMS SUCH AS A TURKEY
Disclosed is a method and apparatus regarding gaseous fueled fired outdoor cooking or frying devices such as deep fat fryers.
