Food/beverage container with thermal control

A container for a food and/or beverages is provided. The container is designed such that it may have the capability of absorbing excess thermal energy from the food or beverage, thereby cooling the consumable material to a desired temperature and maintaining the material at the desired temperature for a considerable period of time. The container typically includes an outer insulating shell; an inner heat conducting liner and a phase change material (PCM). To facilitate heat transfer to and from a food or beverage stored in the container, the PCM is commonly disposed between the outer insulating shell and the inner heat conducting liner and positioned in thermal contact with the inner heat conducting liner. The PCM may include a diol diester having a melting point of about 30 to 90 C.

Container for cryopreservation and transportation

An object of the present invention is to provide a container for cryopreservation and transportation which is excellent in maintainability and can appropriately control the temperature of an object to be frozen. The present invention provides a container for cryopreservation and transportation used to transport an object to be frozen, including: a thermal insulation container having an upper opening; a thermal insulation lid which closes the upper opening of the thermal insulation container; and a cooling unit which is held in the thermal insulation container while absorbing liquid nitrogen, wherein a housing space for accommodating a storage tool for storing the object to be frozen is provided inside the thermal insulation container, and the cooling unit is detachable through the upper opening of the thermal insulation container while the storage tool located in the housing space is housed in the thermal insulation container.

Sterile Apparatus for Rapid Cooling of Hot Water

An apparatus for cooling liquids that includes a tank that has two longitudinal walls, two lateral walls and a top opening, and cooling flasks that each of has two longitudinal walls and two lateral walls. The cooling flasks are designed to be fixed inside the tank by attaching their lateral walls to the recesses that are match to each other. The cooling flasks are designed to be set within the tank in such a way that a gap smaller than 2.5 millimeters is formed between each two adjacent cooling flasks, creating a cooling space. The volume of the cooling flasks is three times greater or more than the volume of the cooling space. A user can pour hot water into the cooling space and a coolant material within the cooling flasks adsorbs heat from the hot water.

ACTIVE WINE CHILLER

A mechanical apparatus comprised of a plurality of pods in the form of an annular cylindrical sleeve, a cup and a ring cap. Whereas, the pods containing liquid are to be frozen for the purpose of dynamically discharging its thermal energy to a drink object placed within. The pods of the annular cylindrical sleeve are joined to each other by removable latitudinal elastic bands. Thus allowing the annular cylindrical sleeve to instantly expand/contract to grip varying sizes drink object. In operation, a charged (frozen ice) annular cylindrical sleeve is disposed in the cup; a ring cap is installed to cup to cover and protect the discharging of thermal energy therein from ambient conditions. A drink object in the form of canned or bottled may be inserted in the apparatus to receive desired chill temperature for an extended length of time in ambient conditions.

DRINKING VESSEL
