A portable thermal device includes a housing having a thermally conductive container accessible through an opening. Batteries are contained in the housing. A power supply circuit is in electrical communication between an electrical heater and batteries contained in the to power the electrical heater. In one aspect, an electrical heater uses metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) in thermal contact with the thermally conductive container that are driven in a heat generating range by the power supply circuit. In another aspect, a controller: (i) identifies a thermal profile associated for preparing and maintaining a particular food in the thermal conductive container; (ii) associates the thermal profile with stored power in the one or more batteries; and (iii) communicates via a user interface a limitation on performing the thermal profile based on the stored power.

Container with heating assembly and removable power source modules

A container adapted to store and heat a liquid, such as water, or other content is presented herein. The container includes a main body including an interior portion and an at least partially open top end. A dual opening top cap is removably connected to the at least partially open top end of the body. Furthermore, a heating assembly is connected to a bottom end of the body. The heating assembly includes an at least partially exposed heating element that is adapted to be in direct contact with the fluid, beverage or other liquid contained within the body. In some embodiments, the heating assembly is adapted to and capable of heating the liquid and/or other contents contained with within the interior portion of the body to a boiling temperature.

PORTABLE COOLER CONTAINER WITH ACTIVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL

An actively heated or cooled food container can have a lid movable between an open and a closed position and an insulated body to which the lid can be attached. The insulated body can have a sidewall that defines a perimeter of the container body and a base, the sidewall and base defining one or more chambers that can be sealed by the lid. The food container can have a temperature control system that can include one or more heating or cooling elements in thermal communication with one or both of the sidewall and the base and operable to heat or cool one or both of the sidewall and the base to thereby heat or cool the one or more chambers in the food container.

ACTIVELY HEATED OR COOLED DRINKWARE CONTAINER

A container has a chamber and a phase change material (PCM) that can remove heat from the chamber. The container can have a thermal conductor movably coupled in the container between a retracted position and a deployed position, where in the deployed position, while on a heat sink unit, the thermal conductor can draw heat from the PCM to solidify or charge the PCM, which can then maintain the chamber in a chilled state for a prolonged period of time. The container can have one or more heating elements in thermal communication with the chamber and operable to add heat to the chamber to increase or maintain a temperature of the chamber in a heated state for a prolonged period of time.

Portable electric heating device for disposable hot beverage containers

A portable electric heating apparatus for warming a liquid and maintaining the elevated temperature of a liquid held inside a hot beverage container. The housing (23) of the apparatus may be inserted within the perimeter of a bottom rim of the beverage container so that a heating plate (22) releasably contacts a bottom wall of the container. A controller (25) enclosed in the housing includes electrical circuitry for communicating with a supply of electric power and for energizing a heating element (31). In various embodiments, electric power may be provided from wall outlets, USB ports, or batteries, which may be disposable or rechargeable. The heating element is configured to transfer heat to the plate, which warms the liquid through the bottom wall of the container.

Insert for Waterless Portable Precision Heating Device

FOOD DELIVERY SYSTEMS, APPARATUSES, AND METHODS

A food delivery container including a plurality of insulated walls that form a food chamber, and a climate control system. The climate control system includes an air flow pathway and a heating and/or cooling element positioned within the air flow pathway. A fan is in air flow communication with the food chamber through a first inlet opening and a first outlet opening in the one of the plurality of insulated walls. The fan is configured to draw in air from the food chamber through the first inlet opening and push air into the food chamber through the first outlet opening such that air travels through the air flow pathway and over the cooling and/or heating element to circulate heated/cooled air within the food delivery container. The climate control system also includes a power supply configured to supply electrical power to the fan and the cooling/heating element.
