The control method comprises: when determining that the electric rice cooker is in a boiling state, according to a temperature of a bottom temperature sensing bulb and a temperature of a top temperature sensing bulb, judging whether a bottom temperature of the electric rice cooker rises too fast (S110), when determining that the bottom temperature rises too fast, controlling a heating plate to temporally stop heating the bottom of the electric rice cooker (S120); and after the temperature of the bottom temperature sensing bulb falls to a first preset temperature, controlling the heating plate to reheat the bottom at a heating power in the boiling stage (S130).

An elastic locking device locks the connecting ring at combining angular positions.

The present invention relates to a portable insulated food container. More particularly the present invention relates to a portable insulated food container with a greater heat-retaining capacity. The portable insulated food container comprises of a vacuum insulated removable outer cover, a vacuum insulated base, a vacuum insulated base carrier, one or more non-insulated container(s), one or more detachable lid(s), a supporting base, and one or more interlocking units. Advantageously the present invention relates to a portable insulated food container with different shapes like oval, rectangle, square, hexagon, etc and sizes.
MINCER
A mincer includes a housing, a hinged door, a handle, a cam, an axle, and a plurality of circular blades mounted on the axle. Rotation of the handle or knob with respect to the housing causes rotation of the cam with respect to the housing, which in turn causes the axle and the blades mounted thereon to travel radially outward or inward with respect to the housing to extend or retract the blades out of or into the housing. The mincer can be operated to extend the blades for operation and to retract the blades for storage. The door can be closed for operation and opened for cleaning of the mincer.

A smoker with a smoke on demand system includes a wood chunk or wood chip enclosure with a wood heating element, a wood temperature sensor, and a controller. In response to the sensed wood temperature, the controller causes the wood heating element to maintain the wood chunks or wood chips within a target temperature range above which the wood chunks or wood chips can sustain combustion without added heat. The actual temperature can also be maintained by timed sequences based on the cold mass and species of the wood.

A grilling device includes an auger feeder system, a heating element, a blower and a temperature control system.
