The insulated body can have a sidewall that defines a perimeter of the container body and a base, the sidewall and base defining one or more chambers that can be sealed by the lid. The food container can have a temperature control system that can include one or more heating or cooling elements in thermal communication with one or both of the sidewall and the base and operable to heat or cool one or both of the sidewall and the base to thereby heat or cool the one or more chambers in the food container.
Food Storage And Warmer Apparatus
A food storage and warmer apparatus for storing food at safe temperatures and heating food for consumption includes a housing defining a housing inside. The housing has an outer wall separated from an inner wall defining a wall cavity. A divider wall is coupled to the housing within the housing inside and defines a plurality of compartments. A lid is coupled to the housing. A heating coil and a battery are coupled within the wall cavity of the bottom side. A control unit is coupled to the housing and is in operational communication with the heating coil and the battery. A temperature probe is coupled to the housing within the wall cavity and extends through the inner wall to the housing inside. The temperature probe is in operational communication with the control unit.
PORTABLE HEATING DEVICE
An example portable heating device includes a container, one or more heating elements, an electronic device, one or more temperature sensors, a controller, a power supply, and a power supply controller. The one or more heating elements are in thermal contact with the container. The electronic device is configured to receive a user input selecting a target temperature to heat a substance in the container to and to display the target temperature. The controller is configured to cause the one or more heating elements to heat the substance to the target temperature in response to determining the current temperature of the substance measured by the one or more temperature sensors is less than the target temperature. The power supply is configured to provide power to the one or more heating elements, the electronic device, the one or more temperature sensors, and the controller.
Take-out food case for keeping food fresh
The present invention relates to the field of take-out food cases, more particularly to a take-out food case for keeping food fresh. The principle is as follows. The temperature information of the heat insulation portion is detected and fed back to the temperature controller by the thermocouple probe. When the detected temperature is lower than the minimum temperature preset by the temperature controller, carbon fiber heating pipes are controlled to heat the food by the temperature controller. When the temperature inside the heat insulation portion reaches to the maximum temperature preset by the temperature controller, carbon fiber heating pipes are controlled to stop heating by means of the temperature controller. When the take-out food case for keeping food fresh is not in use, ultraviolet sterilizing lamps are controlled to perform regular sterilization for the take-out food case by means of the timer.
HEATING CONTAINER
A portable thermal device includes a housing having a thermally conductive container accessible through an opening. Batteries are contained in the housing. A power supply circuit is in electrical communication between an electrical heater and batteries contained in the to power the electrical heater. In one aspect, an electrical heater uses metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) in thermal contact with the thermally conductive container that are driven in a heat generating range by the power supply circuit. In another aspect, a controller: (i) identifies a thermal profile associated for preparing and maintaining a particular food in the thermal conductive container; (ii) associates the thermal profile with stored power in the one or more batteries; and (iii) communicates via a user interface a limitation on performing the thermal profile based on the stored power.
