Provided is a vacuum heat-insulating container including an outer cylinder having a bottom and an inner cylinder having a bottom and disposed inside the outer cylinder, with a vacuum space formed between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. The inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are disposed such that an opening plane of the inner cylinder is located outward of an opening plane of the outer cylinder. The outer cylinder has a first annular wall. The inner cylinder has a second annular wall. The vacuum heat-insulating container further includes an annular sealing member that is made of an elastic body having a lower coefficient of heat transfer than the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, and that is squeezed between the first annular wall and the second annular wall so as to seal the vacuum space.

Thermal insulation container and heat/cold insulation apparatus using the same

[Object] To provide a thermal insulation container with which the heat/cold insulation effect is kept for longer time without increasing the size and weight of the thermal insulation container. [Solving Means] The thermal insulation container includes an inner container, an outer container, and an overlap region. The inner container includes a first bottom portion, a first side wall portion that extends in a first direction from the first bottom portion and forms a first open end portion, and a first vacuum layer continuously formed inside the first bottom portion and the first side wall portion. The outer container includes a second bottom portion, a second side wall portion that extends in a second direction opposite to the first direction from the second bottom portion and forms a second open end portion, and a second vacuum layer continuously formed inside the second bottom portion and the second side wall portion. The outer container is fitted onto the inner container in such a manner that an inner surface of the second side wall portion and an outer surface of the first side wall portion face each other and forms a storage portion. The overlap region is formed in such a manner that the inner surface of the second side wall portion and the outer surface of the first side wall portion overlap each other.

Container and Method of Forming a Container

An insulating container can be configured to retain a volume of liquid, and include a first inner wall having a first end having an opening extending into an internal reservoir, and a second outer wall forming an outer shell. The second outer wall can include a second end configured to support the container on a surface. The second outer wall can include a dimple, and the dimple can include a circular base and an inner portion converging to an hole extending into the second outer wall. The hole can be sealed by a resin, and the circular base can be covered by disc formed of the material. Alternatively, a cap can cover the dimple, and a weld can connect the cap to the second outer wall. The container can also include a sealed vacuum cavity forming an insulated double-wall structure between the first inner wall and the second outer wall.

Resealable bottles for beverages. A bottle may include a main body with an opening for receiving contents and a reservoir for storing contents, a lid, and a bottom, which is interchangeable with an accessory for changing a characteristic of the contents. The lid may close the bottle and/or facilitate consumption of its contents. The bottle may support one or more indicators, such as LEDs, including a safety indicator that is configured to activate when the safety system is active and the resealable bottle enters an unsafe state. The accessory may provide, for example, heating and/or cooling.

Insulated food and/or beverage container system

An insulated food and/or beverage container system includes an outer insulated container with a cylindrical body portion and a removable outer container lid that is configured to sealingly engage with the cylindrical body portion so as to minimize thermal transfer with an outside environment; and an inner container configured to fit within the outer insulated container, the inner container defining an interior cavity for holding food and/or a beverage, and the inner container including one or more first elements that are configured to matingly engage with one or more second elements on the cylindrical body portion of the outer insulated container so that the inner container is able to fully and securely nest inside the outer insulated container without any spinning or significant rattling. The outer insulated container and the inner container collectively provide enhanced insulating characteristics.
