GRINDER ASSEMBLY
A grinder assembly which minimizes deviations in the path of ground material as well as other interfering structure is provided. A receiving chamber is disposed above a grinding mechanism and provides for direct transfer of material to be ground from the outlet aperture of the receiving chamber to the grinding mechanism. The grinding mechanism is driven from above and, therefore, no other structure necessary which may interfere with the ejection of grounds from the grinder assembly. A vacuum-stabilized base plate may also be provided in order to securely and removably mount the grinder assembly to a surface.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DISLODGING COFFEE IN COFFEE GRINDERS
A method and apparatus for dislodging coffee in coffee grinders includes a coffee grinding chamber housing the burrs that is allowed to move relative to the coffee grinder body, and a spring mechanism. The user first retracts the spring mechanism moving the grinding chamber away from its fully locked position and then releases the spring mechanism inducing a sudden acceleration and deceleration of the entire grinding chamber relative to the grinder body, dislodging coffee into the grinding burrs in the grinding chamber or off the grinding chamber into the grounds collection vessel.

Bean Grinder and Automatic Coffee Pot Equipped with the Same
A bean grinder having a bean grinding chamber part, a dynamic grinding wheel, a static grinding wheel, and a residue removing plate. The bean grinding chamber part comprises a bean grinding chamber and a powder discharge channel. An inner wall of the bean grinding chamber is provided with a planar first inner wall disposed close to a powder discharge port and located at a rear side of the powder discharge port in a rotation direction of the dynamic grinding wheel. The first inner wall is tangent to a circle of the inner wall of the bean grinding chamber. An inner wall of the powder discharge channel comprises a second inner wall located at the side of the powder discharge port provided with the first inner wall, and the second inner wall is inclined outwards at a given angle a with respect to the first inner wall.
Systems for grind duration adjustment for grinders
A grinding system that includes a grinder attached to a grind size adjustment ring. Also, a potentiometer attached to the grind size adjustment ring, so as to provide a grind size measurement to a controller. The controller selects a grinding duration based upon the selected grind size measured by the potentiometer.
