GRINDER/DOSER DEVICE FOR COFFEE BEANS
Grinder-doser device for coffee beans includes a body which internally houses an electric motor, having a shaft, which is integral in rotation with the lower grinder holder to which the lower grinder is joined, said lower grinder holder, and said lower grinder being housed inside a head which has a horizontal annular seat in the lateral edge, which houses an upper grinder. The upper grinder being formed by a toothed annular portion housed inside a hollow annular portion, which in turn is surrounded by an annular portion, which rests on the annular seat. The flat upper surface of the upper grinder is rectified and collimated with the plane passing through the ends of the teeth of the toothed portion.

COFFEE GRINDING MACHINE CONFIGURED TO PROVIDE A DOSE OF STRATIFIED GROUND COFFEE AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
There is disclosed a coffee grinding machine for grinding coffee beans and forming a dose of ground coffee directly in a filter basket with a bottom layer of ground coffee having a first mean particle size and an adjacent layer of ground coffee having a second mean particle size, comprising: grinding members for grinding coffee beans, an electric motor for causing rotation of at least one grinding member with respect to another grinding member, and a device configured to cause, during grinding of coffee beans for forming dose, a variation of rotation speed of said electric motor between a first speed and a second speed, wherein either said second mean particle size is smaller than said first mean particle size and said first speed is greater than said second speed or said second mean particle size is greater than said first mean particle size and said first speed is lower than said second speed.
GRINDING DEVICE, COFFEE MACHINE AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTMENT THEREOF
A grinding device comprises a grinding housing with mutually co-acting grinding bodies. A lower of the two grinding bodies is both driven and axially adjustable for the purpose of setting a grind size. An upper grinding body is removable. A grind size of the grinding device can be adjusted in absolute manner between a first extreme position and a second extreme position, corresponding to a fixed setting range between a minimal clearance between the two grinding surfaces and a maximum clearance between the two grinding surfaces. An extreme position of the adjustable grinding body is imposed by a stop which is encountered by the adjusting means in the relevant extreme position. A coffee machine uses the absolute grind size and/or a fine-tuning for an optimal contact time between coffee and through-flowing water.

COFFEE BEAN GRINDER
A coffee bean grinder 1 has a hopper 2 into which coffee beans are inserted. The grinding unit 3 grinds coffee beans supplied from the hopper 2. The discharge unit 4 discharges coffee beans ground by the grinding unit 3. The mounting unit 5 mounts a portafilter 6 to be closely pressed against the bottom end of the discharge unit 4. The discharge unit 4 has a guide path 41 facing vertically downward, and a tapered section 42 in which the inner diameter increases towards the bottom. A sloped section 502 of a close-fitting member 50b, attached to the bottom end portion of the tapered section 42, is closely pressed against a top surface 63a of the filter basket 63 of the portafilter 6. The tapered section 42 has a hole 44 for allowing air in the airtight space to escape, thereby allowing the coffee beans to fall.

GRINDER, COFFEE MACHINE AND METHOD FOR GRINDING COFFEE BEANS
The invention relates to a grinder for grinding coffee beans. The grinder has a first grinding tool and a second grinding tool which form a grinding gap and are rotatable relative to each other to grind coffee beans in the gap. A force generation device is arranged for applying a force, which is adjustable during operation, to one or both of the first grinding tool and second grinding tool, which force is transferable to the coffee beans. The invention also relates to a method for grinding coffee beans with the grinder for preparing a hot beverage.
