EMULSIFICATION MODULE FOR USE WITH A FOOD PROCESSOR
20200353428 · 2020-11-12 ·

An emulsification module for a food processor enables the careful and methodical introduction of ingredients (e.g., oil) into the main container, thus allowing the same to emulsify the ingredients. The emulsification module includes a container configured to be removably connected to, and rotate with, the rotating blade assembly, and one or more oil dispensers positioned on a side surface thereof. The centrifugal forces generated by the rotation of the blade assembly causes the oil in the container to be propelled up the inside walls of the same and come out of the oil dispensers and drizzle down the side walls of the main container. Whisk members positioned on the bottom of the module (between the blades of the blade assembly) assist in mixing of the drizzled oil with the ingredients to achieve the desired emulsification.

Natural material grinding and cutting device

A natural material grinding and cutting device provides a tool for processing natural materials. One portion of the tool is used to slice materials into strips and another portion of the tool is used to process materials into mulch or fine particulate. A two piece embodiment of the device includes a top structure rotatably coupled to a bottom structure. The underside of the top structure and the topside of the bottom structure include open faced chambers for disposing a set of cutting projections or teeth. When the top structure joins to the bottom structure, the open faced chambers combine to form a grinding chamber for grinding natural materials. The bottom structure further includes a cutting portion comprising a cutting chamber, a blade, and a base. In some examples, the blade is removably disposed a slot located in the lower middle portion of the cutting chamber.

Organic material grinder

A grinder for reducing particle size of an organic matter, for example herbs, includes a housing assembly supporting a gauge screen therein to define a cutting chamber thereabove and a receiving chamber therebelow. A plurality of fixed blades are mounted in the cutting chamber in fixed relation to the housing assembly and a plurality of rotating blades rotate relative to the fixed blades to reduce size of the organic matter by cutting, shearing and/or grinding. The gauge screen is replaceable with other screens of different gauge independently of the fixed and rotating blades. The blades are bidirectional and include guide surfaces on the fixed blades which guide material downwardly and into the direction of rotation relative to respective cutting edges of the blades as the rotating blades are rotated relative to the fixed blades in either direction.
