Auxiliary processing device for appliance
A blender system includes a base and a steamer basket. The basket is inserted into a container. The container has interior pillars. The basket contacts and rests on the pillars. The pillars keep the basket above blades disposed in the container. The basket receives foodstuff. The base includes a motor and a housing. The container is attached to the housing. The motor drives the blades to interact with contents within the container.
COUNTERTOP APPLIANCE
A countertop appliance includes a base, a drive shaft, a first coupler, a first engagement feature, a secondary coupler assembly, a first jar assembly, and a second jar assembly. The secondary coupler assembly includes a second coupler, a gearset coupled to the second coupler, and a second engagement feature coupled to the gearset. The secondary coupler assembly is operable between a disengaged condition, wherein the second engagement feature is disengaged from the first engagement feature, and an engaged condition, wherein the second engagement feature is engaged with the first engagement feature. The second coupler is generally rotationally stationary during drive shaft rotation at a first speed in the disengaged condition of the secondary coupler assembly, and the second coupler rotates at a second speed that is less than the first speed during drive shaft rotation at the first speed in the engaged condition of the secondary coupler assembly.

Kitchen Appliance, Accessory for a Kitchen Appliance, System and Method for Operating a Kitchen Appliance
The invention relates to a kitchen appliance with a base unit including a housing, an electric motor, a detector, a controller and a communication interface, and with at least one accessory having an identification feature. The controller is configured to recognise an accessory on the basis of a detected identification feature and to display corresponding cooking information and also, on the first use of this accessory, to then automatically register it in a database. Also described are a system including a Kitchen appliance and having a database, an accessory having an integrated data carrier, an operating method and a computer program.
Kitchen Appliance System and Method of Operating a Kitchen Appliance System
The invention relates to a kitchen appliance system with a base unit including a housing, a control device and a communication interface and with at least one accessory including an identifier. In order to improve user-friendliness, provision is made for a detection device which is configured to detect an identifier of at least one accessory. The control device is configured to control an identifier which is detected by the detection device with at least one identifier from a database, to provide at least one operation mode associated with an identifier from the database matching the detected identifier via the communication interface as a quick start mode. The invention further relates to a method of operating a kitchen appliance system and a corresponding computer program.
CONTAINER FOR FOOD PROCESSING SYSTEM
An attachment configured for use with a food processing system includes a container configurable with a food processing base of the food processing system. The container has a processing chamber. The processing chamber has a first configuration adjacent a first end of said container and a distinct second configuration adjacent a second end of said container, said second configuration being circular.
