HOLDING DEVICE FOR S'MORE
Embodiments of the invention include s'more holding devices or catchers used in the construction and consumption of a conventional s'more treat.
GAS APPLIANCE IGNITION MODULE
One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for an ignition control module for a gas appliance. The housing of the ignition control module, and/or the mounting points for mounting the module to a gas appliance, can be configured to dispose the battery in a manner that provides for potential battery leakage to flow away from most operable components of the module. Further, the ignitor connection terminals can be configured to provide for ease of connection, by providing a connector guide disposed in a cylindrically shaped terminal housing. Additionally, an ignitor actuator terminal can be configured to selectable engage with an ignitor actuator connector, where the ignitor actuator terminal comprises at least two connector points that engage with a single ignitor actuator connector.
FOOD PREPARATION APPARATUS FOR SLICED PIZZA AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
A food preparation apparatus for a slice includes a flat bottom and raised side members. The flat bottom is shaped like the slice with two angled sides and an open end. The open end connects the two angled sides. The open end is also straight. Raised side members are on the two angled sides. Wherein, the food preparation apparatus is configured to hold the slice on the bottom where the raised side members are configured to retain the slice and toppings on the food preparation apparatus.
COOKING SYSTEM
A cooking system includes a kitchen utensil and a cooking hob, wherein the kitchen utensil is provided with one or more sensors arranged on the kitchen utensil. The sensors include acceleration sensors, gyroscopic sensors, and inclination sensors. The cooking appliance is provided with a control unit configured to receive data from the sensors and to elaborate information on how the kitchen utensil is being used, and to control the cooking appliance accordingly.
TONGS FOR TURNING OVER FOOD
Proposed are tongs for turning over food. More particularly, proposed are tongs, in which food is turned over as a first tong body and a second tong body are closed toward the food. The first tong body is provided with a first grasping portion having a half-ring shape with an open longitudinal section, and a second tong body is provided with a second grasping portion for pushing the food up along a curved surface of the first grasping portion, so that food between the tongs is rotated and turned over due to the internal structure of the tongs as the tongs are closed toward the food.
Tongs
Tongs includes complementary first and second elongated arms each with a handle end and grasping heads. The arms are pivotally connected so that the arms can rotate between an open and a closed position. The handle ends are held in place by one or more magnets in the open position and the grasping heads form a Y-shaped configuration. No tension springs or other biasing mechanism are needed. In use, grasping ends are pressed towards each other to overcome the attractive force so the tongs are in the closed position. Tongs employs cleaning and utensil implements on the grasping ends. Microfibers on the grasping heads can be used for cleaning applications. The tongs are particularly suited for light household applications and as kitchen utensils.
Multi-function tongs
Multi-function tongs are presented including: a pair of arms mechanically hinged along a proximal end; a pair of rotatable paddles each rotatably coupled with each of the pair of arms along a distal end; a pair of rotatable gears each rotatably coupled with each of the pair of rotatable paddles and with each of the pair of arms, where the pair of rotatable gears mesh when the multi-function tongs are in the closed position; and a pair of levers mechanically coupled with each of the pair of rotatable gears, the pair of levers extending outwardly from each of the pair of arms. In some embodiments, multi-function tongs further include: a tongs lock disposed along the proximal end to lock the multi-function tongs in a closed position.
DEVICE FOR GRIPPING AN OBJECT, TONG CONFIGURATION AND METHOD FOR GRIPPING A FOOD ITEM
A device for gripping and rotating an object includes two tong legs which are interconnected at a point of articulation, a gear mechanism which is connected to both of the tong legs and an actuation element which is connected to the gear mechanism. A first translational movement of the actuation element is converted by the gear mechanism in such a way that the tong legs can pivot towards one another and can be rotated about a rotational axis that includes the point of articulation. A tong configuration and a method for using a tong configuration are also provided.
Further, the ignitor connection terminals can be configured to provide for ease of connection, by providing a connector guide disposed in a cylindrically-shaped terminal housing. Additionally, an ignitor actuator terminal can be configured to selectably engage with an ignitor actuator connector, where the ignitor actuator terminal comprises at least two connector points that engage with a single ignitor actuator connector.
