PIZZA PEEL WITH AN ADAPTATION THAT CATCHES DUSTING POWDER
An grooved pizza peel that when transferring an uncooked pizza to a pizza oven the invented grooved pizza peel retains dusting powder, wherein an adaptation includes a plurality of elongate grooves in a leading planar region of the pizza peel, wherein each of the elongate grooves is proximate to a frontal portion of the pizza peel, wherein the frontal portion has a sloped arced front portion with a bottom edge and an upper edge; wherein the grooves extend to the sloped arced front portion and the plurality of elongate grooves are straight and about parallel to each other. The adaptation ensures that even with a heavy loading of the dusting powder any excess dusting powder is retained. The plurality of elongate grooves have a preferred width of about 0.25 inches±about 0.1 inches. The adaptation retains as much as 85% of the dusting powder.
Packaged food product and method of producing the packaged food product
A packaged food product includes a container and a food product. The container has a rim and at least one wall extending away from the rim. The at least one wall defines a storage area, and the food product is retained within the storage area such that the food product is in contact with the at least one wall. The at least one wall is readily deformable by a hand of a user to reduce a volume of the storage area. Reducing the volume of the storage area causes the food product to exit the storage area. The container includes an integral tool portion for breaking up the food product after removal from the storage area. The food product can be a wet cat or dog food.
Flavor Spike
The present invention relates to an improved meat tenderizing and cooking device for domestic use for the item to be thoroughly cooked from inside and outside. The invention has a fluid reservoir that will be transmitted to inner-parts of the food to be cooked through needles once pressed.
PROCESS AND TOOL FOR CLEANING BARBECUE GRILLS
A tool for cleaning barbecue grills includes a main body having an open mouth extending across a front face and along the opposite sides between upper and lower jaw members. The open mouth is specifically sized, structured and configured for tight fitted receipt of a stacked arrangement of corrugated cardboard strips so that a forward leading edge of the stacked arrangement of cardboard strips is positioned exteriorly and forward of the open mouth for movement against the barbecue grill surface in a manner that removes charred debris, grease and other undesirable substances, thereby cleaning the grill surface prior to cooking. The tool further includes a metal scraper blade, a bottle opener and an extended handle that removably attaches to the main body.
Shield Device for Use with a Utensil
The present invention relates to protective shield for use with a plurality of interchangeable cooking tools and/or utensils, such as a spatula, spoon, and the like. The protective shield offers protection from splashes from hot oil and grease, exposed heat and flame, and attaches to a handle end of the utensil via a threaded or other secure mechanism. The protective shield is conically shaped and includes a strap and a latch on a circumference of a base of the structure, which is used to expand and retract the size and circumference of the protective shield.
Cooking Tool Kit and Improvements
A kit has a handle with first and second handle portions asymmetrically disposed above a pivot. The pivot may be collinear with the first handle portion and connected by an offset leg to the second handle portion. Various instrument arms connected to instrument heads are preferably provided as a kit with the handle. The arms may be sectionally disposed or integral with instrument heads selected from the group of forks, such as meat forks, pasta forks, etc, grippers, spatulas, etc.
INTEGRATED PAN AND SPATULA SYSTEM
An integrated pan and spatula system; the integrated pan and spatula system including a cooking vessel and a removably attachable cooking utensil. The cooking utensil includes a handle, a cooking-utensil-head, and cooking-utensil-locking-assembly. The cooking vessel features an inner cooking surface encompassed by a sidewall, a bottom plane including a slot configured to receive the cooking-utensil-head through an open-end of the slot, and a pan-locking-assembly. The pan-locking-assembly and the cooking-utensil-locking-assembly have mating portions and are configured to removably interlock and secure the cooking-utensil-head within the slot of the cooking vessel.
Apparatus and method for preparing cooked food
An apparatus for cooked food includes a spatula assembly defining a plate having a plate first end portion, a plate second end portion, a plate cooking surface and a plate non-cooking surface. The plate first end portion is pivotally in attachment with a spatula assembly cross member of the spatula assembly. The plate is configured to move between a plate upper position and a plate lower position. The apparatus further includes a movable wiper assembly defining an elongated body having a movable wiper cleaning surface along the elongated body. The movable wiper assembly is positioned proximate to the plate and configured to have the movable wiper cleaning surface move across the plate cooking surface when plate is in the plate lower position.
SCOOPING DEVICE
Scooping devices are presented including: a scoop forming a planar top surface and a bottom surface, the scoop defining a leading edge, a trailing edge, a proximate edge, and a distal edge, where the bottom surface includes a grooved hinge that extends from the leading edge to the trailing edge; a proximate handle portion located along the trailing edge, the proximate handle portion forming a cavity and extending inward from a raised edge adjacent to the proximate edge; a distal handle portion located along the trailing edge, the distal handle portion forming a cavity and extending inward from a raised edge adjacent to the distal edge, where a gap is formed between the proximate handle portion and the distal handle portion; and a flexible handle wrap.
