Cooking food vessel including a metal body, a handle, constrained to a portion of the metal body via a metal fixing element, a metal flame guard ring, placed in contact with a metal body portion to provide thermal conduction, and a thermal signalling device including at least one bimetal sheet formed of a first metal material and a second metal material having coefficients of thermal expansion different from each other. The bimetal sheet is placed in contact with components having thermal conductivity properties and is preset for signalling attainment of predefined heating value by progressive mechanical movement related to the cooking vessel becoming hot. The flame guard ring has one or more through holes and the bimetal sheet shaped and dimensioned so at least one indicating portion thereof is at least partially visible through the through holes at a specific temperature value.

Provided is a method of producing a cooking vessel, including the following steps: forming a blank from a sheet of stainless steel; drawing of the blank to form a cap comprising an interior surface and an exterior surface, the interior surface comprising a flat base area surrounded by a side wall; hot stamping of a diffuser base onto the exterior surface of the cap; engraving of a grid pattern over at least one portion of the base area of the interior surface of the cap to form a network of ribs having top surfaces that extend above the valleys and side surfaces that are distinct from the bottom surfaces of the valleys, said side surfaces of the ribs connecting the top surfaces of the ribs to the bottom surfaces of the valleys, the side surfaces of the ribs forming ramps connecting the top surfaces of the ribs to the bottom surfaces of the valley; sanding of at least the engraved base area of the interior surface of the cap, to create roughness; applying a non-stick coating on at least the sanded, engraved base area; and brushing and/or polishing of at least the sanded, engraved and coated base area to reveal the stainless steel on the top surfaces of the ribs.

A hot air fryer includes a main body, a vessel that can be removed from the main body and a basket that can be removed from the vessel. The fryer also includes a manipulating system having a configuration changing system that makes it possible to manipulate the vessel incorporating the basket at the same time, or to manipulate the basket alone, released and removed from the vessel, or to manipulate the vessel alone, released and removed from the basket, so as to allow a first mode of cooking foods in the basket incorporated in the vessel and a second mode of cooking foods directly in the vessel, the basket being extracted from the latter.

A cooking vessel includes a vessel body having a partially coated, textured stainless steel inner surface having a plurality of ribs rising above recesses having bottoms covered with a non-stick coating. The ribs have uncoated tops and sides that are separate from the bottoms of the cavities. The sides connect the tops to the bottoms. The tops rise above the non-stick coating covering the bottoms. According to the invention, the non-stick coating rises over the sides from the bottoms towards the tops without exceeding the height of the tops, and the bottoms and the sides have a rough surface under the non-stick coating. A cookware handle includes a plastic grip portion molded over a portion of an insert. The insert inserts into a bore of a flange. The grip portion is externally flush with the flange interface and the insert internally connects the grip portion to the flange. This allows the grip portion to be over molded on a first part of the insert so the other portion can be welded or otherwise attached to the flange after external surface finishing of the flange. The insert and flange may be welded together along a portion of the insert that contacts the flange within the bore and that is not visible when the flange is attached to a cookware vessel sidewall to provide the grip molded as a handle for the cookware vessel.

A cooking vessel includes a side wall and a handle. The handle includes a connecting piece attached to the side wall. The connecting piece includes an axial portion that extends parallel to the side wall and that is attached to the side wall by at least two rivets.

The at least two rivets are arranged in at least two parallel horizontal planes H1, H2, separated by a distance D and the axial portion extends laterally to a vertical plane, perpendicular to the side wall, over a width L less than 30 millimeters, preferably less than 25 millimeters.
