The present application provides a handle mounting structure for an air fryer and an air fryer. The air fryer includes a door panel and a handle, wherein the handle is separately mounted on the door panel. The handle mounting structure includes: a mounting groove, which is arranged on the door panel, wherein a first mounting member is provided on the mounting groove; and a mounting plate, arranged on the handle, wherein a second mounting member is provided on the mounting plate. At least one of the first mounting member and the second mounting member is an elastic element; and the first mounting member and the second mounting member abut against each other, to mount the handle onto the door panel.

A removable handle is designed to cooperate with a cooking container having a side wall extended upwards by an outwardly-curved portion including a free end and includes a latch that can be moved between an open and a closed positions. The latch includes a locking panel designed to generate a force on the free end in the closed position, under the action of a means of pressurization, the force having a vertical component F for locking the free end against an upper supporting body. The latch has a protruding body and the handle includes a hollow body or reciprocally. In the closed position, the protruding body and the hollow body are fitted into each other to prevent the latch from recoiling when the free end generates, on the locking panel, a force having a component F1 opposite to the vertical component F with an intensity greater than a predetermined value.

A removable handle, particularly for cooking containers for food, includes a base portion adapted to be fixed immovably to a wall of a cooking vessel and having a coupling body; and a handle portion adapted to be detachably fixed to the base portion and including a coupling cavity to receive the coupling body of the base portion. The coupling body is insertable in the coupling cavity along a main coupling direction. A locking and unlocking lever which can be activated to lock and unlock the coupling body inside said coupling cavity is also part of the removable handle. The lever is hinged to the handle portion about an axis of rotation substantially parallel to the main coupling direction. The lever includes at least a first relief, the coupling body has at least a second relief to engage with the first relief.

A removable, retrofit, and/or rotatably attached handle is attached to a top wire of a wire chafing stand in embodiments of the disclosed technology. The handle can be rotated upwards such that a curved bend within the handle locks in place a first pan resting on the top wire of the wire chafing stand. A handle element for releasable fastening to a cooking vessel, including a carrying body, on which a claw provided by a single-armed lever is arranged, wherein: a clamping-surface pair with a first clamping surface on the carrying body and with a second clamping surface on the claw is provided. The claw can be pivoted between an open position, in which the two clamping surfaces are spaced apart from one another, and a closed position, in which the two clamping surfaces are in close proximity to one another. A closing lever is provided on the carrying body. The closing lever is connected to the claw via a tension rod and includes a control cam, which, as a result of the closing lever being displaced from a not-in-use position into an in-use position, causes the claw to be displaced from its open position into its closed position.

The removable gripping device for an ear-shaped holding member of a kitchen utensil includes a case with a housing in the form of a slit with a height to at least partially accommodate the latter by nesting and with functional play. The case also has a latch able to occupy at least a locked position and an unlocked position in order, depending on the case, to block or free the removable gripping device on this holding member. In combination with and independently of the locking/unlocking function, at least one retaining pad extends at least partially in the slit-shaped housing so as to define, in the latter, at least one passage section adjusted to the thickness of the holding member. The pad, in its part at least extending in the housing is made from a flexible material to retract under stress.
