Method of Decorating Natural Leather
Method of decorating natural leather with an inkjet printer which comprises:—a first vacuum belt (150) for conveying an unwoven fabric (200) which is configured as a second vacuum belt, for conveying under an inkjet print head (505) a natural leather (300); and wherein the method comprises:—applying from an adhesive tape-roll an adhesive tape (1300) as a continuous sheet against the unwoven fabric wherein said adhesive tape (1300) has an adhesive side and opposite side and the opposite side is in contact with the unwoven fabric;—applying a natural leather (300) on the adhesive side of the adhesive tape (1300);—conveying the applied natural leather by moving the first vacuum belt (150) whereby the unwoven fabric (200) is moving by suction power through the first vacuum belt (150) and the applied adhesive tape (1300) is moving by said suction power through said unwoven fabric (200) under an inkjet print head (505);—marking the applied natural leather with jetted droplets of the inkjet print head (505) for decorating said natural leather while the adhesive tape (1300) is attached to the unwoven fabric (200).
Leather with skin texture having an identification code
A natural leather embossed with a skin texture for authenticating said natural leather with an identification code comprising the steps: —applying a protective top-coat on said natural leather; and —selecting an identification code and converting said identification code to a plurality of locations; and —forming a skin texture with higher up elements and lower located elements; arranged according said plurality of locations; and —embossing said skin texture in said protective top-coat.

Ultra formed leather molding
Leather and similar materials are formed using graduated molds. A solvent is applied to the leather to saturate the leather. The saturated leather is put through a series of molds, each being more pronounced than the previous. An elastomer is applied after molding to provide structural support for features created through molding.
DECORATED NATURAL LEATHER
A manufacturing method of decorated natural leather including the steps of: a) laser ablating part of a base coat on dyed crusted leather; and b) bleaching the laser ablated part with a bleaching agent.

SPIKED PLATE AND RELATIVE PLATE PRESS MACHINE AND PROCESS FOR WORKING NATURAL LEATHER
Spiked plate (100) having an operating surface provided with a plurality of conical spikes (200), configured to penetrate into an inner side of a full grain natural leather having a thickness t and make blind holes in said inner side of the full grain natural leather, wherein:—a base diameter d of the conical spikes (200) ranges from 33% to 100% of the thickness t, whereby 0.33−t≤d≤t,—a height h of the conical spikes (200) ranges from 70% to 110% of the thickness t, whereby 0.7−t≤h≤t, and—a minimum distance D between the conical spikes (200) on the operating surface of the spiked plate (100) ranges from 200% to 430% of the thickness t, whereby 2−t≤D≤4.3.Math.t.
INTERIOR TRIM PANEL FOR A VEHICLE AND METHOD OF FORMING SAME
An interior trim panel for a vehicle includes a leather layer defining a feature having a radius of less than five millimeters, and a backing layer adhered to the leather layer and providing a support structure for the leather layer. A method of forming the interior trim panel includes clamping the leather layer in a frame to securely fix the edges of the leather layer, positioning the leather layer between compression mold dies defining a complementary surface having a feature with a radius of less than five millimeters, and compressing the leather layer between the dies.
