METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A COMPONENT
A method for producing a component involves producing a die using an additive production process. A design is embossed in a component material layer of the component by the die. The design is selected and/or created by a customer. This design selected and/or created by the customer is then submitted to an additive production process that produces the die, via a digital platform, which the customer accesses by a customer terminal or via a user program on the customer terminal. The die is then produced by the additive production device in the additive production process corresponding to the submitted design.
METHOD AND MANUFACTURING A DECORATIVE LINING FOR A VEHICLE INTERIOR ELEMENT
A method for manufacturing a decorative lining (HD) for a vehicle interior element (EH) is disclosed. Said method involves: step (i) wherein the size of at least one edge (B11, B12) of two leather parts (PC1, PC2) is reduced on an inner face (FI1) and each reduced-size edge is folded over to form a fold (R1, R2) on each leather part (PC1, PC2); and step (ii) wherein the leather parts (PC1, PC2) as well as a decorative insert (ID) that is inserted between the two leather parts (PC1, PC2) are coupled to the vehicle interior element (EH) by placing two edges (B21, B22) underneath the folds (R1, R2).

Unitary multi-use alignment fixture for shoe production
A system for manufacturing shoes is provided that includes two or more pieces of equipment used in the customization and manufacturing of shoes and an alignment fixture that may engage with each piece of equipment by way of an alignment mounting member. The alignment fixture may secure to it a portion of a shoe, such as an upper portion, wherein the shoe portion remains in a flat position, and in a fixed relationship to the alignment fixture, throughout the various processes performed by the pieces of equipment. These processes may include, for example, printing, laser, embroidery, forming, cutting, or the like.

RIBBING PROCESS, PARTICULARLY FOR PROVIDING LEATHER COVERINGS
A ribbing process, particularly for providing leather coverings, includes the steps of applying a covering material on a template that includes longitudinally extended seats, inserting longitudinally extended forming rods in the seats of the template, and making the covering material adhere to the template and providing seats in the covering material. The ribbing process also includes hot pressing a first assembly that includes the template, the covering material, and the forming rods, thermoforming the covering material, and removing the forming rods from the first assembly.

CENTERING TEMPLATE FOR DEVICES FOR APPLYING INSERTS ON LAMINAR SUPPORTS AND A DEVICE INCORPORATING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to a template and a related method for the application of inserts in the form of letters, numbers or symbols on leather, fabrics, cloth, or similar laminar products to customize them. The centering template comprises a main support body (101) having a centering system (106) to allow an engagement of the template (100) in pre-fixed position to a base (3a) of a press (3); and a centering element (102) configured to receive in pre-fixed position at least a laminar portion (103) of an accessory (104). The centering element (102) has a through seat (105) for the inserts (11) and it is movable with respect to the main support body (101) between an extracted resting position in which an upper surface (102a) of the centering element (102) is moved away from the main support body (101) and a working position in which the upper surface (102a) of the centering element (102) is approached to the main support body (101). The template allows the correct positioning of the characters on the accessory both in terms of alignment, and in terms of distance from the edges and from the other inserts of the accessory (handles, buckles, etc. . . . ) and regardless of the shape assumed by the laminar portion itself.
Method for Producing a Multilayer Laminar Product and Plant for Implementing Said Method
A method for producing a multilayer laminar product includes the operations of providing a laminar support, covering a first face of the laminar support with a first covering layer in a polymer resin and consolidating, at least partially, the covering layer. The method further envisages providing, above the first covering layer, a laminar element free of any protective film. The method further envisages pushing an embossed surface against the first covering layer with interposition of the laminar element and causing the polymerization of the first covering layer.
MOLDED LOOSE GRAIN INSPECTION TOOLS AND METHOD
A method for molding or replicating leather samples for inspection, selecting and later using those samples in applications such as automobile interiors with leather surfaces that are laminated or have a loose grain appearance. In one process variant, the main steps include choosing original samples for replication, the original samples including a characteristic to be replicated; making a replication tool from the approved samples; and producing replicated molded samples with the replication tool that emulate the original samples, thereby enabling the replicated molded samples to be compared with the original sample.
