ZINC PLATED STEEL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT SURFACE QUALITY AND SPOT WELDABILITY, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a zinc plated steel sheet having excellent surface quality and spot weldability, and a manufacturing method therefore. A zinc plated steel sheet according to one aspect of the present invention comprises a base steel sheet and a zinc-based plating layer formed on the surface of the base steel sheet, wherein the GDOES profile of oxygen, which is measured in the depth direction from the surface of the base steel sheet, has a form in which a local minimum point and a local maximum point alternately appear in the depth direction from the surface, and the difference (a local maximum value—a local minimum value) between the oxygen concentration (a local minimum value) at the local minimum point and the oxygen concentration (a local maximum value) at the local maximum point can be 0.1 wt % or more.
NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention includes, in wt %, Si: 1.5 to 4.0%, Al: 0.1 to 1.5%, Mn: 0.05 to 1.5%, Sn: 0.015 to 0.1%, P: 0.005 to 0.05%, Ga: 0.001 to 0.004%, and Bi: 0.0005 to 0.003%, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. An area fraction of texture in a {118}//ND orientation is higher than that of texture in a {111}///ND orientation.
HOT-ROLLED STEEL SHEET FOR NON-ORIENTED ELECTROMAGNETIC STEEL SHEETS

DIRECT FLAME BURNER UNIT FOR FURNACES FOR THE THERMO-CHEMICAL TREATMENT OF STEEL STRIPS IN CONTINUOUS HOT-DIP GALVANIZING PLANTS
A direct flame furnace burner unit for furnaces for the thermo-chemical treatment of steel strips in continuous hot-dip galvanizing plants includes a burner with a combustion head provided with a combustion chamber having an outlet opening of the combustion flame, and a body to which the combustion head is fixed. The body includes a first chamber which is in communication with the combustion chamber, a first lance for the injection of a fuel into the combustion chamber, a mixing chamber provided with at least a first inlet and a second inlet opening which is connectable to a second supply source, at least a second lance for the injection of the mixture into the combustion chamber. Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet and manufacturing method thereof
A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to the present invention includes a base steel sheet having plural grooves on a surface and a glass film formed on the surface of the base steel sheet. In case of viewing region including grooves in cross section orthogonal to groove longitudinal direction, a straight line passing through peak point present on profile line of glass film and parallel to groove width direction orthogonal to sheet thickness direction in cross section is defined as reference line, a point present on boundary line between glass film and base steel sheet and present at lowest location in sheet thickness direction is defined as deepest point, and a point present on boundary line and present at the highest location in the sheet thickness direction in region having the deepest point in a center and having length of 2 μm in groove width direction is defined as shallowest point, a relationship between shortest distance A between reference line and deepest point and shortest distance B between reference line and shallowest point satisfies Expression (1).

METHOD FOR RECRYSTALLISATION ANNEALING OF A NON-GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRIC STRIP
A method for the recrystallisation annealing of a non-grain-oriented electric strip (2) in a continuous annealing and coating line (1) is presented. Therein, the electric strip (2) is heated in an induction furnace (5) to a temperature of at least 680° C. at a heating rate of at least 80 K/s and then, in an optional second continuous furnace (8), to a temperature of at least 820° C. at a heating rate of at most 20 K/s. The electric strip (2) is initially heated before the induction furnace (5) via a first continuous furnace (3) to a temperature of at least 300° C. at a heating rate of at most 60 K/s.
METHOD FOR RECRYSTALLISATION ANNEALING OF A NON-GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRIC STRIP
A method for the recrystallisation annealing of a non-grain-oriented electric strip (2) in a continuous annealing and coating line (1) is presented. Therein, the electric strip (2) is heated in an induction furnace (5) to a temperature of at least 680° C. at a heating rate of at least 80 K/s and then, in an optional second continuous furnace (8), to a temperature of at least 820° C. at a heating rate of at most 20 K/s. The electric strip (2) is initially heated before the induction furnace (5) via a first continuous furnace (3) to a temperature of at least 300° C. at a heating rate of at most 60 K/s.
STEEL COMPONENT
Provided is a steel component with excellent surface fatigue strength. The steel component has a nitride compound layer with a thickness of 5.0 μm to 30.0 μm and a hardened layer in an order from a component surface to a component inside, where a thickness of a porous layer on an outermost surface of the nitride compound layer is 3.0 μm or less and 40.0% or less of a thickness of the nitride compound layer, and the hardened layer has a hardness of HV600 or more at a position of 50 μm inward from the component surface, a hardness of HV400 or more at a position from the component surface to the component inside of 400 μm, and a hardness of HV250 or more at a position from the component surface to the component inside of 600 μm.
Hot stamped body
A hot stamped body comprising a steel base material and an Al—Zn—Mg-based plating layer formed on a surface of the steel base material, wherein the plating layer has a predetermined chemical composition, the plating layer comprises an interfacial layer positioned at an interface with the steel base material and containing Fe and Al and a main layer positioned on the interfacial layer, the main layer comprises, by area ratio, 10.0 to 85.0% of an Mg—Zn containing phase and 15.0 to 90.0% of an Fe—Al containing phase, the Mg—Zn containing phase comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of an MgZn phase, Mg.sub.2 Zn.sub.3 phase, and MgZn.sub.2 phase, and the Fe—Al containing phase comprises at least one of an FeAl phase and Fe—Al—Zn phase and an area ratio of the Fe—Al—Zn phase in the main layer is 10.0% or less.
