METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING STEAM-TREATED PRODUCTS
The present invention enables quick cooling of steam-treated objects and thus reduces the manufacturing time of steam-treated products such as black coated steel sheets. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing steam-treated products, which involves a steam treatment step that introduces steam into a closed container (10) containing a treatment object (1) and brings the treatment object (1) into contact with the steam, and a treated object cooling step that cools the object (1) treated with steam in the steam treatment step, wherein said treated object cooling step introduces coolant gas into said closed container (10), brings said treated object (1) into contact with the coolant gas, and discharges the introduced coolant gas from said closed container (10).
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR VACUUM AND OIL AUSTEMPERING IN PRODUCING BAINITE
Methods and apparatuses for obtaining bainite are disclosed. The method includes heating a metal component in a vacuum chamber of a vacuum furnace to raise an internal temperature of the metal component, transferring the metal component from the vacuum chamber to a quench chamber of the vacuum furnace, quenching the metal component in oil that is maintained at a bainite-forming temperature range within a quench reservoir of the quench chamber, and removing the metal component from the quench chamber after a predetermined period of time.
Gas quenching cell
A quenching cell including an enclosure containing at least one element for stirring a quenching gas at a pressure greater than 0.4 MPa and a synchronous electric motor capable of rotating the stirring element.

QUENCHING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a quenching apparatus capable of quickly reversing a flow of cooling gas flowing in a chamber. The quenching apparatus includes: a chamber provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet and having an object charged therein; a pair of flow generating means disposed on both sides of the chamber and generating a flow of gas in the chamber; and a flow direction reversing means disposed in the chamber and reversing a flow direction of gas to make the gas flow in any one of a first flow direction in which the gas flows from top to bottom of the object and a second flow direction in which the gas flows from the bottom to the top of the object.

ROLL-TRANSPORT DEVICE
A roll-transport device including: a roll that comes into contact with the base material; a support shaft that rotatably supports the roll; and a bearing that is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the support shaft and has an end surface on one side in an axial direction, which faces an inside of a furnace, and an end surface on the other side in the axial direction, which is positioned on a side of an inner portion (space surrounded by the roll). A purge gas is caused to circulate from the end surface on the other side toward the end surface on the one side of the bearing, and the purge gas is discharged into the furnace from the end surface on the one side of the bearing.

Continuous annealing system and continuous annealing method
A continuous annealing system and a continuous annealing method with which it is possible to achieve an annealing atmosphere having a low dew point which is suitable for annealing a steel strip containing easily oxidizable metals such as Si and Mn at low cost and with stability by preventing easily oxidizable metals such as Si and Mn in steel from being concentrated in a surface portion of a steel strip and preventing the formation of oxides of easily oxidizable metals such as Si and Mn.
