A martensitic stainless steel sheet has a composition containing, (mass %), from 0.10 to 0.15% of C, from 0.05 to 0.80% of Si, from 0.05 to 2.00% of Mn, 0.040% or less of P, 0.003% or less of S, from 0.05 to 0.50% of Ni, from 11.0 to 15.0% of Cr, from 0.02 to 0.50% of Cu, from 0.005 to 0.06% of N, from 0.001 to 0.20% of Al, from 0 to 1.00% of Mo, from 0 to 0.50% of V, from 0 to 0.01% of B, balance Fe and unavoidable impurities. An M value=420C−11.5Si+7Mn+23Ni−11.5Cr−12Mo−10V+9Cu−52Al+470N+189 is 100 or more. A carbonitride number density having a circle equivalent diameter of 1.0 μm or more is 15.0 or less per 0.01 mm.sup.2. 0.2% yield strength is 1,100 N/mm.sup.2 or more.

Hot-rolled steel sheet and method for manufacturing same

This hot-rolled steel sheet has a predetermined chemical composition, in which in a case where the thickness is denoted by t, a metallographic structure at a t/4 position from the surface includes, by area fraction, 77.0% to 97.0% of bainite or tempered martensite, 0% to 5.0% of ferrite, 0% to 5.0% of pearlite, 3.0% or more of residual austenite, and 0% to 10.0% of martensite, in the metallographic structure, the average grain size excluding the residual austenite is 7.0 μm or less, the average number density of iron-based carbides having a diameter of 20 nm or more is 1.0×10.sup.6 carbides/mm.sup.2 or more, a tensile strength is 980 MPa or more, and an average Ni concentration on the surface is 7.0% or more.

STEEL SHEET, MEMBER, AND PRODUCTION METHODS THEREFOR

A steel sheet has a tensile strength of 1310 MPa or higher, a specified chemical composition, and a steel microstructure containing martensite at an area ratio of 70% or more, bainite at an area ratio of 30% or less, and ferrite and retained austenite at a total area ratio of 10% or less, in which, at a ¼ thickness position of the steel sheet, a number density of carbides having long axes of 0.5 μm or more is 60000 carbides/mm.sup.2 or less, in a ¼-to-¾ thickness region of the steel sheet, a number density of inclusion grains having equivalent circle diameters of 4.0 μm or more is 10 grains/mm.sup.2 or more and 30 grains/mm.sup.2 or less, and, in a surface-to-¼ thickness region of the steel sheet, a number density of inclusion grains having equivalent circle diameters of 4.0 μm or more is 27 grains/mm.sup.2 or less.

HOT-ROLLED STEEL SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

Adopted are a hot-rolled steel sheet having a predetermined chemical composition, in which a region, where a rotation angle between a normal line of a surface and a (011) pole near the normal line becomes 5° or less, is 0.150 or less from the surface in terms of a sheet thickness direction position standardized by a sheet thickness, and a region, where the rotation angle becomes 20° or more, is 0.250 or more from the surface in terms of the sheet thickness direction position standardized by the sheet thickness and a manufacturing method thereof.

A hot-dip zinc-plated steel sheet includes a steel sheet, a boundary layer that is provided on a surface of the steel sheet, and a hot-dip zinc-plated layer that is provided on a surface of the boundary layer. In a surface layer region of the steel sheet, an average grain size is 4.0 μm or less and a standard deviation of grain sizes is 2.0 μm or less. In the boundary layer, a maximum Al concentration is 0.30 mass % or more.

A hot-rolled steel plate/strip for sulfuric acid dew point corrosion resistance and manufacturing method therefor. In said method, elements such as Sn and Cu remaining in steel scrap are fully utilized to smelt molten steel, and micro-alloy elements such as Cr, Ti, and Sb are selectively added; in a smelting process, basicity of slag, types and melting points of inclusions in steel, and a free oxygen content and an acid-soluble aluminum (Als) content in molten steel are controlled, a cast strip (11) is casted by means of twin-roll strip continuous casting, the cast strip (11) exits from crystallization rolls (8a, 8b) and directly enters a lower closed chamer (10) having a non-oxidizing atmosphere, then enters, in a closed condition, an on-line rolling mill (13) for hot rolling, after rolling, strip steel is cooled by means of gas atomization cooling, and finally the strip steel is wound up. The steel can be widely applied to the fields of products, such as tobacco baking apparatuses, air preheater heat exchange elements in industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, and metallurgy, delivery pipe, flue, and stack manufacturing structural parts, and boiler preheater and economizer equipment, of which the use environments have requirements for sulfuric acid dew point corrosion resistance performance.

COMPLEX-PHASE STEEL HAVING HIGH HOLE EXPANSIBILITY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

Disclosed in the present invention is complex-phase steel having high hole expansibility. The complex-phase steel has a microstructure of ferrite and bainite. The complex-phase steel having high hole expansibility comprises the following chemical elements in percentage by mass: C: 0.06-0.09%, Si: 0.05-0.5%, Al: 0.02-0.1%, Mn: 1.5-1.8%, Cr: 0.3-0.6%, Nb≤0.03%, Ti: 0.05-0.12%, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. In addition, also disclosed in the present invention is a manufacturing method for the foregoing complex-phase steel having high hole expansibility. The method comprises the following steps: (1) smelting and casting; (2) heating; (3) hot-rolling; (4) phosphorous removal; (5) laminar cooling: a relaxation time period is controlled to be 0-8 s, and a laminar cooling rate is 40-70° C./s; (6) coiling; (7) leveling; and (8) pickling. The complex-phase steel having high hole expansibility can simultaneously satisfy the requirements for hole expansibility and good plasticity.

A high-strength galvanized steel sheet of the present invention includes a steel sheet having a chemical composition containing a predetermined component element, and a steel structure in which an average grain size of inclusions containing at least one of Al, Si, Mg, and Ca and existing in an area extending from a surface to a position of ⅓ of a sheet thickness is 50 μm or less, and an average nearest distance between ones of the inclusions is 20 μm or more; and a galvanized layer provided on a surface of the steel sheet and having a coating weight per one surface of 20 g/m.sup.2 or more and 120 g/m.sup.2 or less, in which an amount of diffusible hydrogen contained in the steel is less than 0.25 mass ppm, and a tensile strength is 1100 MPa or more.
