SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
A support assembly that includes a structural member that is delimited by a first end and a second end with a first end cap configured to be at least partially disposed within the first end of the structural member and a second end cap configured to be at least partially disposed within the second end of the structural member to mount the structural member to a structure. The support assembly allows for forces to be applied in all directions without causing rotation or disengagement of the support assembly from a mounting structure,
HOT TUB WITH MAGNETICALLY COUPLED HEADREST
A hot tub, and a method of construction of a hot tub, the hot tub including a hot tub basin provided with one or more first magnetic members affixed at an underside of an exposed surface of the hot tub basin corresponding to a headrest region, and a headrest provided with one or more second magnetic members configured to be attracted to the first magnetic members such that the headrest is selectively attachable to the headrest region by the attraction between the first and second magnetic members.
Bathtub insert assembly
A bathtub insert assembly for facilitating safe bathing includes a shell, which has a top that is open. A lower section of the shell is substantially complementary to a width of a bathtub. An interior surface of the shell is resilient and is configured to absorb an impact imparted by a user to prevent injury. A first plate and a second plate are coupled to a first and second ends of the shell, respectively. The first plate is configured to seat the user. The second plate is configured to support the user's feet. A pair of armrests is coupled to the shell between the first plate and the top of the shell. At least one rail is coupled to the interior surface and is configured to position items, such as soap, and to be grasped in a hand of the user to assist the user in sitting and rising.
Support assembly
A support assembly and a method of assembling the support assembly that includes a structural member that is delimited by a first end and a second end with a first end cap configured to be arranged within the first end of the structural member and a second end configured to be arranged within the second end of the structural member to mount the structural member to a structure. The support assembly allows for forces to be applied in all directions without causing rotation or disengagement of the support assembly from a mounting structure.

At least one rail is coupled to the interior surface and is configured to position items, such as soap, and to be grasped in a hand of the user to assist the user in sitting and rising.
Cervical spine and head supporting device
A cervical spine and head supporting device is described herein for supporting a user's head when extended at least partially over the sink or basin. The device maintains alignment of the head with the neck or spine particularly as the user moves their head relative to the device or sink to prevent or minimize straining of the user's neck while washing their hair. The device generally comprises a base which is shaped for positioning within a sink or basin, a support column adjustable attached to the base, a supporting member extending from the support column, and a head support which is shaped to support a posterior region of a head of a user, where the head support is pivotably coupled to the supporting member such that the head support is adjustable with a movement of the head when the head is moved relative to the supporting member.
In-pool lounger
A lounge chair designed to rest on the bottom of a body of shallow water, the chair including solid ballast as well as air and water vents to permit rapid filling and emptying of water into a chamber inside the chair.
ADJUSTABLE HOT TUB SEATING DEVICE
Adjustable seating devices for use in a hot tub are disclosed. Example adjustable seating devices, as disclosed herein, may include multiple panels that move relative to one another and/or relative to the hot tub frame to adjust between positions. In some embodiments, one or more panels of the disclosed adjustable seating device may include jets. The disclosed adjustable seating devices may be adjusted manually, hydraulically, air-actuated, or electronically.
Support assembly and mounting system
A support assembly that includes a structural member that is delimited by a first end and a second end with a first end cap configured to be at least partially disposed within the first end of the structural member and a second end cap configured to be at least partially disposed within the second end of the structural member to mount the structural member to a structure. The support assembly allows for forces to be applied in all directions without causing rotation or disengagement of the support assembly from a mounting structure.
Bath shower accessory
A shower helmet device with a moveable face guard includes a removably attached curvilineal deflector, a cranium cradle attachable to the moveable face guard and has a cranium cushion arranged within a cranium cradle interior. In various embodiments a cervical spine support and a cradle positioner provide additional stability for a user. The shower helmet device provides a relaxing, refreshing, and visually stimulating user experience while showering.
