A walk-in bath and shower combination, comprising a rear wall with a far corner and a near corner, a front wall with a far corner and a near corner, the front wall parallel to the rear wall and comprising of a water release apparatus, a right wall extending between the rear wall and the front wall and meeting the rear wall and the front wall at their respective far corners, a tub wall parallel to the right wall, the tub wall extending from the near corner of the front wall and ending at a dip point, a main tub floor extending from the rear wall to the front wall, the main tub floor comprising of a drain and a two-way slope, and a vertical dip at the dip point extending horizontally from the tub wall to the right wall.

A tub or shower surround kit, system, and method are disclosed. An example system for constructing a tub surround, shower surround, and wall covering includes a plurality of components including at least one panel, at least one edge component, and at least one interconnecting component. The example system also includes a tongue or lip of a first of the plurality of components configured to fit into a groove of a second of the plurality of components. The example system also includes a tongue or lip of the second of the plurality of components to fit into a groove of the first of the plurality of components. Any number of the plurality of components are connected adjacent to a desired wall geometry to provide an assembled version of the tub surround, shower surround, and wall covering.

A shower system includes a panel. The panel is configured to be mounted on a ceiling within a showering enclosure. The panel includes a deflection surface that includes a plurality of deflection features that are configured to redirect water that is incident upon the deflection surface at an upward angle toward a location directly beneath the panel.

Method and apparatus for a one-piece tileable shower unit having pre-assembled full length walls and having a floor with a curb surrounding a central drain wherein the inner surface of the shower stall is coated with a thinset for having individual tile unit pieces attached thereto wherein the shower stall unit is made of one-piece. A first embodiment includes a foam base and a second embodiment includes fiberglass to which the individual tile units are attached.

A tub or shower surround kit, system, and method are disclosed. An example system for constructing a tub surround, shower surround, and wall covering includes a plurality of components including at least one panel, at least one edge component, and at least one interconnecting component. The example system also includes a tongue or lip of a first of the plurality of components configured to fit into a groove of a second of the plurality of components. The example system also includes a tongue or lip of the second of the plurality of components to fit into a groove of the first of the plurality of components. Any number of the plurality of components are connected adjacent a desired wall geometry to provide an assembled version of the tub surround, shower surround, and wall covering.

A flooring system includes a gridwork having a modular configuration that defines a grid with cells for receiving a filler material which forms a bed or floor base sloping toward a drain fixture. The gridwork includes different groupings of leveling holes located at selected junctions between adjacent cells that are arranged to selectively move or tilt the gridwork relative to an underlying base in conjunction with the formation of the bed or floor base.

The module also includes a toilet area including a toilet assembly and a transition area disposed between the shower area and the toilet area. The module also includes a shower area front wall and a shower area side wall, the shower area disposed along a first side of the shower area front wall and a first side of the shower area side wall. The module also includes a toilet area front wall and a toilet area side wall, the toilet area disposed along a first side of the toilet area front wall and a first side of the toilet area side wall. A grooming area includes a sink assembly that comprises a faucet, and the grooming area is disposed along a second side of at least one of the shower area front wall, the shower area side wall, the toilet area front wall, and the toilet area side wall.

The invention relates to a method for the installation of a shower and an installation system for the implementation of the method. The method comprises the following steps: arranging at least one installation frame at a wall, with the wall being arranged at a water supply device; providing at least one side wall, with the side wall having at first side and a second side; arranging the first side of the side wall at the installation frame; arranging a shower fixture at the second side of the side wall, and guiding at least one water line from the water supply device to the shower fixture; as well as arranging a shower base plate showing a drain at a floor, which abuts the wall, and arranging the drain of the shower base plate at a floor drain.

Exemplary embodiments provide a prefabricated modular shower enclosure, including a base with a plurality of engagement feature along a peripheral surface of the base, a plurality of alignment supports, and a surround panel. In some embodiments, at least one alignment support is positionable in a preselected relationship relative to the engagement features of the base, and the alignment supports are configured to be independently made square relative to the base. Additional exemplary embodiments provide a prefabricated shower enclosure, including a base with a plurality of engagement feature along a peripheral surface of the base, and a plurality of surround panels that engage the base. The modular shower enclosure reduces installation time and complexity by using components that are fabricated and cut to size offsite prior to installation at a job site.
