A hand wash station may include at least three wash areas including sinks so users can wash their hands. Each wash area may be supported to a non-coplanar side of the hand wash station. At least one divider wall may separate the wash areas from each other to protect the users from the spread of germs. The hand wash station may be mobile in that it is designed to be easily movable from one location to another.

A support assembly that includes a structural member that is delimited by a first end and a second end with a first end cap configured to be at least partially disposed within the first end of the structural member and a second end cap configured to be at least partially disposed within the second end of the structural member to mount the structural member to a structure. The support assembly allows for forces to be applied in all directions without causing rotation or disengagement of the support assembly from a mounting structure.

A refillable fluid container for a fluid dispenser is provided. The refillable fluid dispenser includes a body, an output port and a dispensing mechanism. The body includes at least one wall that defines a reservoir for storing fluid therein. The output port is in fluid communication with the reservoir. The dispensing mechanism is associated with the output port. The dispensing mechanism is selectively operable between a closed position and an opened position. A fluid dispenser is also provided.

A power management system for a dispenser that includes a passive infrared radiation sensor arranged along the dispenser and configured to detect infrared radiation emitted by one or more users within a prescribed detection range, area, or zone of the dispenser. When the passive infrared radiation sensor does not capture infrared radiation within the prescribed detection range, area, or zone, the dispenser is placed in a low power state with the passive infrared sensor remaining connected to a power source and a controller, a dispensing mechanism, and/or the proximity sensor being disconnected from the power source. An exemplary touch-free soap, sanitizer or lotion dispenser includes a housing, a movable cover, a processor, memory, a refill receptacle for receiving a refill container of fluid, and a variable output control card receptacle. The variable output control card receptacle is located proximate the refill receptacle such that when a refill unit is inserted in the refill receptacle, a variable output control card cannot be inserted or removed from the variable output control card receptacle. The dispenser further includes a reader for placing the processor in circuit communication with a variable output control card and in circuit communication with a refill unit data tag. In addition, the dispenser includes a sensor for sensing an object, a variable output control card and a removable and replaceable refill unit. The data tag is secured to the refill unit and the VOC card includes data on the variable output control card for setting the dispenser output volume.

A hand washing system, comprising a reagent and water dispensing unit connected to a server. The dispensing unit comprises a personal identification unit, a reagent dispenser, a connection to a water source, one or more sensors for monitoring the handwashing act, and a controller comprising processor and memory for operating the dispensing unit and for storing handwashing data parameters. The server receives and analyzes handwashing data parameters. When an individual approaches the dispensing unit the identification unit identifies the individual, the one or more sensors confirm that the individual's hands are at location apt for receiving reagent from the reagent dispenser and water for at least a predetermined amount of time and the processor sends the server handwashing data parameters.

A sanitizing apparatus includes a main housing, a dispensing member, a supporting platform, and a sanitizing fluid pouch. the main housing comprises a front wall, a first sidewall, a second sidewall, a rear wall, a bottom wall, and an opening. The front wall, the first sidewall, the second sidewall, the rear wall, the bottom wall of the main housing together form an internal space accessible through the opening of the main housing. The dispensing member is inserted into the internal space through the opening of the main housing. The dispensing member comprises a dispensing mechanism. The sanitizing fluid pouch is filled with a sanitizing fluid and is flexible and deformable. The supporting platform is placed within the dispensing member. The supporting platform comprises a supporting plate on which is seated the sanitizing fluid pouch. The supporting platform further comprises a pressure-applying member.

A fluid dispenser with a fluid pump for dispensing fluid on movement of an actuator, and an air pump for delivering a stream of air through at least one sound generator on movement of the actuator. The sound generator produces at least two sounds as the actuator is moved from a first position to a second position, with each sound produced in a different time period during a cycle of operation, or differing from the other sound in respect of one or more detectable sound characteristics, such as duration, frequency, temporal alignment, amplitude, and/or timbre. The time period of each sound is a function of the relative location of the actuator between the first and second positions.

The basin is connected with a tube to a pale underneath the unit which can hold 6 gallons of water and serves as a reservoir for the discarded water from the basin. There are two rolling wheels at the rear of the unit. There is a provision for liquid hand soap and paper towel dispenser. The device is still under development.
