High-yield-ratio high-strength galvanized steel sheet and method for manufacturing the same
Provided are a high-yield-ratio high-strength galvanized steel sheet and a method for manufacturing thereof. The high-yield-ratio high-strength galvanized steel sheet has a steel sheet having a specified chemical composition and a metallographic structure including, in terms of area ratio, in terms of area ratio, 15% or less of ferrite, 20% or more and 50% or less of martensite, and bainite and tempered martensite in a total amount of 30% or more, and a galvanized layer formed on the steel sheet having a coating weight of 20 g/m.sup.2 to 120 g/m.sup.2 per side, in which a yield strength ratio is 65% or more, a tensile strength is 950 MPa or more, and Mn oxides are contained in the galvanized layer in an amount of 0.015 g/m.sup.2 to 0.050 g/m.sup.2.

A high-strength galvanized steel sheet of the present invention includes a steel sheet having a chemical composition containing a predetermined component element, and a steel structure in which an average grain size of inclusions containing at least one of Al, Si, Mg, and Ca and existing in an area extending from a surface to a position of ⅓ of a sheet thickness is 50 μm or less, and an average nearest distance between ones of the inclusions is 20 μm or more; and a galvanized layer provided on a surface of the steel sheet and having a coating weight per one surface of 20 g/m.sup.2 or more and 120 g/m.sup.2 or less, in which an amount of diffusible hydrogen contained in the steel is less than 0.25 mass ppm, and a tensile strength is 1100 MPa or more.
Zinc-plated steel sheet for hot stamping and production method therefor
A zinc-plated steel sheet for hot stamping according to an aspect of the present invention includes a steel substrate and a plated layer provided on a surface of the steel substrate, in which the steel substrate contains, in % by mass, C: 0.10 to 0.5%, Si: 0.7 to 2.5%, Mn: 1.0 to 3%, and Al: 0.01 to 0.5%, with the balance being iron and inevitable impurities, and the steel substrate has, in the inside thereof, an internal oxide layer consists of an oxide containing at least one of Si and Mn having a thickness of 1 μm or more, and a decarburized layer having a thickness of 20 μm or less from an interface with the plated layer toward an internal direction of the steel substrate.
High-strength hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet and method for producing same
A method for producing a high-strength hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet, in which a high-strength steel sheet is used as a base material, includes a rolling step (x) of rolling a hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet with a coating layer having an Fe concentration of 8% to 17% by mass, and a heat treatment step (y) of heating the coated steel sheet which has been subjected to the rolling step (x) under the conditions satisfying the following formulae (1) and (2):

Coated steel product
A hot-dip coated steel product including: a steel product; and a coating layer including a Zn—Al—Mg alloy layer disposed on a surface of the steel product, in which the Zn—Al—Mg alloy layer includes a Zn phase, an Al phase, and a MgZn.sub.2 phase, and contains a Mg—Sn intermetallic compound phase in the Zn phase, and the coating layer has a chemical composition satisfying a predetermined average composition, a total area proportion of the Al phase and the MgZn.sub.2 phase is 70% or more, an area proportion of the Zn phase is 30% or less, an average value of cumulative circumferential lengths of the Al phase is less than 88 mm/mm.sup.2, and a total frequency in number of the Al phase having a circumferential length of 50 μm or more is less than 100.
Steel sheet for manufacturing press hardened parts, press hardened part having a combination of high strength and crash ductility, and manufacturing methods thereof
A steel sheet for the manufacture of a press hardened part is provided, having a composition of: 0.15%≤C≤0.22%, 3.5%≤Mn<4.2%, 0.001%≤Si≤1.5%, 0.020%≤Al≤0.9%, 0.001%≤Cr≤1%, 0.001%≤Mo≤0.3%, 0.001%≤Ti≤0.040%, 0.0003%≤B≤0.004%, 0.001%≤Nb≤0.060%, 0.001%≤N≤0.009%, 0.0005%≤S≤0.003%, 0.001%≤P≤0.020%. A microstructure has less than 50% ferrite, 1% to 20% retained austenite, cementite, such that the surface density of cementite particles larger than 60 nm is lower than 10{circumflex over ( )}7/mm.sup.2, and a complement of bainite and/or martensite, the retained austenite having an average Mn content of at least 1.1*Mn %. Press-hardened steel part obtained by hot forming the steel sheet, and manufacturing methods thereof.
Process for producing a magnetocaloric composite material and a corresponding heat exchanger

High strength steel sheet having excellent formability and a method of manufacturing the steel sheet
A cold rolled and heat treated steel sheet is provided. The steel sheet includes a composition including 0.17%≤carbon≤0.24%, 1.9%≤manganese≤2.2%, 0.5%≤aluminum≤1.2%, 0.5%≤silicon≤1%, Si+Al≥1.3%, 0.05%≤chromium≤0.2%, 0.015%≤niobium≤0.03%, sulphur≤0.003%, phosphorus≤0.03% and optionally 0.005%≤titanium≤0.05%, 0.001%≤molybdenum≤0.05%, a remainder of the composition including iron and the unavoidable impurities. A microstructure of the coated steel sheet includes, in area fraction, 10 to 20% residual austenite, said austenite phase having a carbon content between 0.9 to 1.1%, 40 to 55% polygonal ferrite, 15 to 40% granular bainite and at least 5% tempered martensite, a sum of tempered martensite and residual austenite being between 20 to 30%. A method is also provided.
