A new sanitary toilet kit system that provides a sanitary and flushable toilet seat cover and a sanitary flushable wipe that are sealed within the kit to ensure peak hygienic qualities. The toilet seat cover and wipe are sanitary, flushable, transportable, discreet, septic system safe, and environmentally safe. Further, the sanitary toilet kit system is disposable and provides a toilet seat cover with a traction side to prevent slippage when in use.

A tissue box holder system including a tissue dispenser assembly including a receptacle having a plurality of sidewalls, and a removeable base having a fastener, and a receiver. The tissue dispenser assembly includes the receptacle defined by the plurality of sidewalls and configured to receive a tissue box and dispense tissues therefrom. The fastener of the base is configured to mate with the receiver and secure the tissue dispenser assembly to a planar surface including a dashboard of a vehicle allowing users to easily access tissue.

The dispenser also includes a roller bar to hold an active roll of toilet paper, allowing for paper to be unrolled. When the active roll is empty, the roller bar slides into the topmost, next roll in the stack and then rotates to move the on-deck roll into the active position.

Additional sensors can monitor various levels and usage of consumables. The microprocessor monitors the sensed data and wirelessly alerts a service provider when the restroom needs service.

Disclosed is a shelf with a housing having a hollow interior and a tray having a plurality of surfaces, wherein the tray is in communication with the hollow interior of the housing, a holder is attached to the shelf one or more electrical outlets, which are electrically connected to a power source.
