Disclosed is a steel sheet for hot press forming, which includes: a base steel sheet; and a plating layer disposed on the base steel sheet and including a diffusion layer and a surface layer that are sequentially laminated, wherein the diffusion layer includes an Fe—Al alloy layer and an Fe—Al intermetallic compound layer that are sequentially disposed on the base steel sheet and each include silicon, and an area fraction of the Fe—Al intermetallic compound layer with respect to the diffusion layer is 84.5% to 98.0%.

The invention relates to a method for decorating a timepiece component comprising: a) a step of preparation of the timepiece component optionally comprising a first step of depositing a first material on the timepiece component to form a first sub-layer, b) a second step of depositing a second material on the timepiece component obtained in step a) to form a second sub-layer, c) a colouring step comprising the deposition of a third coloured material on the timepiece component obtained in step b) to form a coloured external decorative layer, According to the invention, at least step b) and step c) are achieved by a physical vapour deposition method.

Provided is a multilayer zinc alloy plated steel material comprising a base steel material and multiple plating layers formed on the base steel material, wherein each of the multiple plating layers includes one of a Zn plating layer, a Mg plating layer, and a Zn—Mg alloy plating layer, and the ratio of the weight of Mg contained in the multiple plating layers to the total weight of the multiple plating layers is from 0.13 to 0.24.

The present disclosure provides a hot-press formed part comprising a plated steel sheet and an aluminum alloy plated layer formed on the plated steel sheet, wherein the aluminum alloy plated layer comprises: an alloying layer (I) formed on the plated steel sheet and containing, by weight %, 5-30% of Al; an alloying layer (II) formed on the alloying layer (I) and containing, by weight %, 30 to 60% of Al; an alloying layer (III) formed on the alloying layer (II) and containing, by weight %, 20-50% of Al and 5-20% of Si; and an alloying layer (IV) formed continuously or discontinuously on at least a part of the surface of the alloying layer (III), and containing 30-60% of Al, wherein the rate of the alloying layer (III) exposed on the outermost surface of the aluminum alloy plated layer is 10% or more.
METAL FOIL WITH CARRIER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
A metal foil that has a carrier and a preparation method thereof. The metal foil with a carrier comprises a carrier layer, a barrier layer, a striping layer, and a metal foil layer. The carrier layer, the barrier layer, the striping lay, and the metal foil layer are sequentially stacked, or the carrier layer, the striping layer, the barrier layer, and the metal foil layer are sequentially stacked. The diffusion depth of the carrier layer to the metal foil layer is less than or equal to 3 μm and the diffusion depth of the metal foil layer toward the carrier layer is less than or equal to 3 μm at a temperature of 20-400° C. By setting the barrier layer, the carrier layer and the metal foil layer are prevented from diffusing mutually to cause bonding at a high temperature, so that the carrier layer and the metal foil layer are easy to peel off
Plated terminations
Improved termination features for multilayer electronic components are disclosed. Monolithic components are provided with plated terminations whereby the need for typical thick-film termination stripes is eliminated or greatly simplified. Such termination technology eliminates many typical termination problems and enables a higher number of terminations with finer pitch, which may be especially beneficial on smaller electronic components. The subject plated terminations are guided and anchored by exposed internal electrode tabs and additional anchor tab portions which may optionally extend to the cover layers of a multilayer component. Such anchor tabs may be positioned internally or externally relative to a chip structure to nucleate additional metallized plating material. External anchor tabs positioned on top and bottom sides of a monolithic structure can facilitate the formation of wrap-around plated terminations.
