A system and method for treating flue gas of a boiler based on solar energy are provided, wherein a heat pump is connected with a heat collector via first and second valves, a carbon dioxide electrolysis chamber is connected with a flue gas pretreatment chamber and a power distribution control module for electrolyzing and reducing carbon dioxide, a gas phase separation chamber is connected with a gas phase outlet to separate a mixture, and discharge the separated gas phase products; a Fischer-Tropsch reaction chamber is connected with the gas phase separation chamber to pass the separated carbon monoxide and hydrogen into a flowing reaction cell, a liquid phase product separation chamber is connected with a liquid phase outlet to separate the liquid phase hydrocarbon fuel products, and separate and supplement electrolyte; an electrolyte cooling circulation chamber is connected with the liquid phase product separation chamber.

MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SYNTHETIC GAS WITH CONTROLLED H2/CO RATIO
The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus and method for customizing a H.sub.2/CO synthetic gas in a desired ratio by producing a synthetic gas in which H.sub.2 and CO are mixed through hydrolysis of both carbon dioxide and a nitrogen compound with low power. In a low-power electrochemical apparatus for producing a synthetic gas according to the present invention, by performing the reduction of the carbon dioxide at the cathode and the oxidation of the nitrogen compound at the anode at the same time, carbon dioxide conversion efficiency may be improved 30% or more compared to the conventional carbon dioxide conversion system, and a synthetic gas with a desired H.sub.2/CO ratio may be produced by controlling the H.sub.2/CO ratio of the produced synthetic gas, and by reducing a driving voltage, the corrosion problem of electrode materials may be inhibited and the durability of electrodes may be increased.
MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SYNTHETIC GAS WITH CONTROLLED H2/CO RATIO
The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus and method for customizing a H.sub.2/CO synthetic gas in a desired ratio by producing a synthetic gas in which H.sub.2 and CO are mixed through hydrolysis of both carbon dioxide and a nitrogen compound with low power. ELECTROCHEMICAL REACTOR SYSTEM AND METHOD
An electrochemical reactor system adapted for producing a chemical product from a reactant includes (a) separate electrochemical and production cells and (b) a charge carrier compound in a catholyte adapted to effectively decouple the charging of the charge carrier compound in the electrochemical cell with the electrochemical conversion of a reactant to a desired chemical product in the production cell.
ELECTROCHEMICAL CONVERSION
The present disclosure provides methods, compositions, devices, systems and uses that pertain to the electrochemical reduction of CO.sub.2 to CO. The application presents a class of electrodes, incorporating molecular catalysts in nanostructures, for robust and efficient electrochemical systems, specifically, selective and robust hybrid electrodes, by incorporating a rhenium (Re) catalyst into the structure of highly porous heterogeneous materials. A carbon dioxide electrolytic device of an embodiment includes: an electrolysis cell including a first accommodation part for accommodating carbon dioxide, a second accommodation part for accommodating an electrolytic solution containing water, or water vapor, a diaphragm provided between the first accommodation part and the second accommodation part, a reduction electrode arranged in the first accommodation part, and an oxidation electrode arranged in the second accommodation part; a first power supply control unit capable of being connected to a first power supply which supplies power to the electrolysis cell; a second power supply control unit capable of being connected to a second power supply which supplies power to the electrolysis cell; and an integration control unit controlling the first power supply control unit and the second power supply control unit, and switching the supply of power from the first power supply or the second power supply to the electrolysis cell.

A carbon dioxide electrolytic device includes an electrolysis cell including: an anode configured to oxidize water to produce oxygen; a cathode configured to reduce carbon dioxide to produce carbon compound; a cathode flow path plate having a surface provided in contact with the cathode and a cathode flow path provided on the surface and facing to the cathode; and a separator provided between the anode and the cathode. The surface has a hydrophilic region provided on the cathode and having a contact angle to water of less than 45 degrees.
