Toilet with User Weight-Driven Seat Lift Profile
A toilet comprising a frame; a bowl supported by the frame; a seat also supported by the frame; a shroud covering the frame; a lift mechanism supported by the frame for adjusting the position of the seat; a foot platform positioned to support the feet of a user sitting on the seat wherein the foot platform comprises a plurality of foot platform weight sensors; a plurality of seat weight sensors between the frame and the seat for measuring the weight of a user on the seat; and a controller receiving data from the plurality of foot platform weight sensors and from the plurality of seat weight sensors; wherein the controller uses the data from the foot platform weight sensors to calculate the weight distribution of the user between the seat and foot platform; and wherein the controller uses the data from the foot platform weight sensors to calculate the weight distribution of the user between the left and right side of the foot platform; and wherein the controller uses the calculated weight distributions to control the at least one lift mechanism is disclosed.
Apparatus for assisting toilet user in standing up
An apparatus for aiding a toilet user in standing up, has a simple structure for aiding a toilet user in standing up, in which a movable seat where the toilet user sits is automatically movable to have lifting movement and pivoting movement, and minute pivoting movement is possible, thereby simplifying the structure and assisting the toilet user in safely standing up.
TOILET WITH VASCULAR HEALTH REPORTING
A system for providing a report on vascular health of a user is disclosed. The system includes a toilet with a bowl adapted to receive excreta from the user and a processor. The toilet includes a seat with weight and PPG sensors. BCG data is derived from the weight sensor data. PPG data is derived from the PPG sensor. The processor performs a comparison of the data from the weight sensor and the data from the PPG sensor and preexisting data in a database. The processor then generates a report on the user's vascular health based on the comparison.
TOILET SEAT
The present invention is a toilet seat that includes a top surface to support the user's body; a bottom surface designed to rest on a toilet bowl for support; and a lifter attached to the bottom surface for raising the toilet seat directly vertically above the toilet bowl and for tilting the toilet seat such that a rear portion of the toilet seat assumes a vertically higher position than front portion of the toilet seat while remaining above the toilet bowl, wherein the lifter is structured to move the toilet seat into the vertically higher position; and a handle attached to the toilet seat for manually moving the toilet seat into the vertically higher position.
Toilet seat
A toilet seat includes a bottom plate, a top plate, and a bonding member. The top plate includes a sidewall part and a seating part. The sidewall part is provided on the bottom plate along a vertical direction. The seating part is supported by the sidewall part. The bonding member bonds the bottom plate and the sidewall part. The bonding member has an exposed surface exposed externally. The exposed surface is positioned below a central plane of the bottom plate and positioned outward of a central plane of the sidewall part.
SEAT ASSIST DEVICE
A seat assist device is described. The seat assist device includes a base, a lift platform having a front portion and a rear portion, with the front portion of the lift platform being pivotally connected with the base. A lifting arm is connected with the rear portion of the lift platform. The lifting arm extends from the lift platform to project beyond the front portion of the lift platform, with the lifting arm terminating in handles for grasping by a user. A lift bar is pivotally connected between the base and the lifting arm, whereby a user sitting upon the seat assist device can press downward on the handles to cause the rear portion of the lift platform to rise and, in doing so, assist the user in rising from a seated position.
APPARATUS FOR ASSISTING TOILET USER IN STANDING UP
An apparatus for aiding a user of a toilet in standing up, includes a movable seat movably mounted to the toilet; and a seat actuator arranged adjacent to the toilet and actuating the movable seat to move having at least one of lifting movement and pivoting movement, the seat actuator including: a base frame adjacent to and stationarily mounted to the toilet; a driver mounted to the base frame; a driving frame driven to reciprocate by the driver; and a link assembly including a first side connected to the driving frame and a second side connected to a connection link coupled to the movable seat and producing lifting movement and pivoting movement of the movable seat in accordance with reciprocation of the driving frame.
Lift and tilt support apparatus
A lift and tilt support apparatus includes opposed scissor lift assemblies. Each scissor lift assembly includes a base, an upper frame, and scissored first and second legs, each having opposed top and bottom ends. The bottom end of the first leg is pivoted to the base, and the top end of the first leg is mounted to the upper frame for reciprocal movement. The top end of the second leg is pivoted to the upper frame, and the bottom end of the second leg is mounted to the base for reciprocal movement. The top end of the first leg reciprocates in a direction skewed from the top end of the second leg. The bottom end of the second leg reciprocates in a direction skewed from the bottom end of the first leg.
