The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of disposable toilet seat covers, and in particular to a novel portable toilet seat cover. The novel portable toilet seat cover comprises more than one unit layers, each unit layer comprises a surface layer, and a base layer. The surface layer is arranged at a first surface of the base layer, and the bottom layer is arranged at a second surface of the base layer; the surface layer is a release layer for preventing skin adhesion.

A seat cushion paper device (230) includes an receiving box (233), multiple pieces of folded seat cushion paper (231), and multiple mounting members (232). Each piece of seat cushion paper (231) includes a first end (2311), a second end (2312), and a fixing portion (2314). The accommodating room (240) is mounted on the cover plate (210). The seat cushion paper device (230) is accommodated in the accommodating room (240). By means of the design of the receiving box (233) and the fixing portions (2314) of the seat cushion paper (231), the pieces of the seat cushion paper (231) do not topple over due to the gravity effect of the pieces of the seat cushion paper (231) when the toilet cover plate (210) is erected, and accordingly all the pieces of the seat cushion paper (231) in the seat cushion paper device (230) are prevented from being mixed together, thereby allowing the toilet to be conveniently used.

A seat cushion paper device (230) includes an receiving box (233), multiple pieces of folded seat cushion paper (231), and multiple mounting members (232). Each piece of seat cushion paper (231) includes a first end (2311), a second end (2312), and a fixing portion (2314). The first ends (2311) of the pieces of seat cushion paper (231) are sequentially accommodated at a bottom end (2332) of the receiving box (233), the fixing portion (2314) of the pieces of seat cushion paper (231) are sequentially fixed to a top end (2331) of the receiving box (233), and each of the second ends (2312) of the pieces of seat cushion paper (231) is provided with a mounting portion (332). The accommodating room (240) is mounted on the cover plate (210). The seat cushion paper device (230) is accommodated in the accommodating room (240). A disposable toilet seat cover/sanitizer includes a base layer and a barrier layer adjacent thereto, the disposable toilet seat cover/sanitizer having at least at least one portion thereof treated with a detergent and/or a disinfectant, the at least one treated portion is generally centrally arranged and is surrounded by a non-treated portion, the treated and non-treated portions are delimited by a perforation, the treated portion being detachable from the disposable toilet seat cover/sanitizer, thereby creating a central opening in the untreated portion. A method is also provided for preparing a toilet seat cover/sanitizer, the method includes: providing a substrate or base layer; treating, at least partially, the substrate with a detergent and/or a disinfectant; applying a barrier layer to a side of the base layer opposite to the side that was treated with the detergent and/or disinfectant; providing perforations around the treated portion, thereby defining a boundary between the seat cover portion the sanitizing portion; and packaging the cover/sanitizer.

A sheet material dispensing apparatus, including a shaft operatively connected to a supply roller and a retracting roller, wherein the retracting roller has a radiused portion and at least one truncated portion; a motor configured to cause the shaft to rotate; an activating cam operatively connected to the supply roller; a microswitch operatively associated with the activating cam, the microswitch being configured to limit operation of the motor; a supporting plate engaged and disengaged by the retracting roller during operation, wherein the disengagement of the radiused portion from the supporting plate causes the supply roller to translate toward a wall of the apparatus; and at least one article of sheet material housed within the apparatus.

A toilet seat covering device for reducing viral transmission includes a sheet, which is shaped substantially complementarily to an upper face of a toilet seat. The sheet comprises resiliently flexible, substantially inelastic, elastomer. The sheet is positionable on the upper face of the toilet seat so the sheet to substantially covers the upper face. The sheet prevents direct contact of the upper face of the toilet seat with a user who is seated upon the toilet seat. The sheet may be one of a plurality of sheets, the sheets of which are sequentially extractable for use, after which they can be disposed of.

A toilet seat covering device for reducing viral transmission includes a sheet, which is shaped substantially complementarily to an upper face of a toilet seat. The sheet comprises resiliently flexible, substantially inelastic, elastomer. The sheet is positionable on the upper face of the toilet seat so the sheet to substantially covers the upper face.
