Incinerating toilet with a locking device
An incineration toilet includes a base, a toilet unit, a seat, a toilet casing, an access opening, a cover, and a locking system. The toilet unit is secured above the base. The toilet unit includes a toilet bowl, an incineration chamber, and an ash tray. The seat has a lid around and above the toilet bowl. The toilet casing is connected to the base for protecting an outside of the toilet casing against heat from the incineration chamber. The access opening provides access to the ashtray for emptying of the ash tray. The cover is for closing off the access opening. The locking system is operable between an unlocked state in which it allows the cover to be opened and a locked state in which the cover is prevented from being opened. The incineration toilet further includes a control system for automatically operating the locking system from the locked state to the unlocked state based on a heat parameter, such that the locking system is in the unlocked state when the heat parameter is below a predetermined threshold value.

One embodiment of a cover to secure toilet bowl to prevent use, whether adult or child. The cover is secured inside the toilet bowl with a brace that fits under the inside rim of said toilet bowl.
TOILET SYSTEM AND BUILDING WITH SUCH A TOILET SYSTEM
The toilet system (1) comprises a toilet bowl (2). An inlet pipe (12) is provided, wherein a first end (12a) of the inlet pipe (12) is connected to the toilet bowl (2) and wherein a second end (12b) of the inlet pipe (12) can be connected directly or indirectly to a pressurized water supply line. A toilet seat (13) is provided, wherein the toilet seat (13) comprises a seat ring (14) alone or a toilet lid (16) and a seat ring (14). An actuator arrangement (55), a valve device (30) and a hose system (45) are provided. The actuator arrangement (55) can be connected to the water supply line via the valve device (30) and the hose system (45). The valve device (30) is designed to supply the pressurized water from the water supply line to the actuator arrangement (55), wherein the actuator arrangement (55) is designed to raise the toilet seat (13) by means of the pressurized water. The hose system (45) runs inside the inlet pipe (12) and through the overflow pipe (10).
Toilet
A toilet includes a base, a cover, and a seat. The seat is rotatably coupled to the base, and the cover is rotatably coupled to the seat. The cover and the seat define an angled axis that is oriented upward and forward toward a front end of the base. The cover and the seat are each configured to rotate about the angled axis between a lowered position in which the cover and the seat are located adjacent the base and a stowed position in which the cover and the seat are oriented in an upward direction.

SYSTEMS AND DEVICES FOR SECURING A TOILET LID
A toilet lid lock for securing a toilet lid of a toilet seat is provided. The toilet lid lock may include first and second toilet rim interfacing elements. The second toilet rim interfacing element is configured to slide on the first toilet rim interfacing element. The slidable action of second toilet rim interfacing element with respect to the first adjusts the width of the securing lid lock to the toilet seat. Further, a securing strap is configured to loop around the toilet lid to secure the toilet seat from being accessed. Further, a locking mechanism is installed to prevent unauthorized access to the toilet by a prospective user.

A toilet comprises a bowl having an interior volume, a toilet seat, mounted to move relative to the bowl between a raised position and a lowered position, a seal disposed between the bowl and the toilet seat in the lowered position, and in contact with the toilet seat and the bowl to form a seal between the toilet seat and the bowl, a non-return valve adapted to allow a passage of ambient air towards the interior volume, and to prevent a passage of air from the interior volume towards the outside.

Disclosed is a toilet latch that bears two units, a static unit and a releasing unit, and is connected by a strap. The two units are connected by a strap. The strap is affixed to the static unit and is removably attached to the releasing unit. The toile latch bears a sliding lock which moves a sliding blocker contained within the releasing unit. Two buttons are present that when depressed engages a spring that enables the strap to be detached.
