MOUNTABLE REPLENISHABLE DISPENSING SYSTEM
A personal-hygiene fluid is dispensed from a system including a wall-mountable support bracket, a replaceable dispenser assembly, and a cover shell. The dispenser assembly includes a container holding the fluid and a dispensing pump attached to the container, with the dispenser assembly removably positionable on the bracket. And the shell removably fits onto the bracket and over the container to obscure the container from view. In some embodiments, the dispenser assembly includes a collar attached between the container and the dispensing pump, and the bracket includes a recess that receives the collar to removably mount the dispenser assembly to the bracket. In some embodiments, the shell and the bracket include engaging slide surfaces the enable the shell to vertically slide on and off of the bracket. Also disclosed are a method of replacing the containers of the system, and replacement containers for use in the system and method.

Bath safety rail
A bath safety rail for being engaged to and disengaged from a bath surface. The bath safety rail includes a base, a handle on the base, first and second suction cups opposing the handle, cam followers on the suction cups that extend into the base, and cams in the base to engage and draw up the cam followers and suction cups to thereby create suction. The handle is two-piece where the pieces are separated by a handle plane, where each axis of each suction cup is in the handle plane.
Wall Mounted Dispenser
A dispenser has a container and a mounting structure for mounting the container on a wall surface for dispensing a fluid. The container includes a block extending outwardly from a rear surface. The mounting structure has a back surface that is adapted for mounting on the wall surface, and a female receiver that is sized and shaped to receive the block into the female receiver. At least one locking post is movably mounted in the female receiver to move between a locked position wherein the at least one locking post extends outwardly into the female receiver and interlocks with at least one bore of the block, and an unlocked position wherein the at least one locking post are retracted from the locked position to that the block is released. A biasing mechanism biases the at least one locking post towards the locked position.
LOCKABLE RECEPTACLE HOLDER
A receptacle holder may include a holder base portion configured to support the bottom of a receptacle, a holder upper portion and an elongated holder back portion extending between the holder base portion and the holder upper portion. A confining member may be provided to pivot relative the holder upper portion between a closed position (A) for confining the neck and/or the shoulder of the receptacle, and a release position to allow removal of the receptacle from the receptacle holder. A locking member may be provided to prevent movement of the confining member. The locking member may be brought out of engagement with a trough hole by application of a force (F) thereby allowing the confining member to be pivoted relative the holder upper portion.
Mounting Bracket
A mounting bracket is provided that includes a plate having a mounting hole for attachment to a surface. The mounting bracket includes a hooking portion attached to the plate for supporting a hardware mounting component. The mounting bracket further includes a biasing member attached to the plate and biasing a tab of the biasing member to a first position for engagement with the hardware mounting component to secure the hardware mounting component to the plate. The tab of the biasing member is movable to a second position where the tab does not engage the hardware mounting component.

Various embodiments of shelving systems are disclosed. In some embodiments, the shelving system can include an elongated support member and a plurality of shelves. In certain embodiments, the one or more of the shelves has an accessory. In various embodiments, the accessory has a deployable divider and/or an expandable bottom. A hardware mounting bracket is provided with a bracket body adapted to be mounted to a support surface. A rigid retainer is provided on one end of the bracket body to receive hardware supported thereon. At least one elongate biasing retainer is provided on another end of the bracket body spaced apart from the rigid retainer, to engage hardware supported thereon and to provide a loaded surface contact with hardware supported thereon. A hardware mounting assembly, hardware for mounting to a support surface, and method for mounting hardware are also provided.

PRODUCT DISPENSER IN GEL OR CREAM FORM
Product dispenser in gel or cream form comprising a product container with a window, a support for the container, and means of temporary coupling between the container and the support. The means of temporary coupling between the container and the support include a first locking mechanism that prevents the container from being removed from the support. In addition, a second mechanism prevents the window from being viewed, without the need for physical separation between the container and the support.
