Direct connect adapter device
An adapter box which makes possible a direct connect 110 volt central vacuum system hose to be plugged into a portable vacuum cleaner in the same way that a 110 volt direct connect central vacuum system hose would plug into an in home central vacuum system using direct connect central vacuum system inlets. An adapter box that attaches to the inlet vacuum port of a portable vacuum cleaner (household, commercial, or other) for the purpose of making compatible and possible the plugging in of a direct connect central vacuum system hose in the same way the same hose would be plugged into the direct connect central vacuum system inlet valve of an in house central vacuum system. This type hose allows 110 volts to be available for the operation of a 110 volt powered rug cleaning attachment. An adapter box that allows a direct connect central vacuum system hose to function with a portable vacuum cleaner so that it may function in like fashion to a central vacuum system in a home where the hose simply plugs into a direct connect central vacuum system wall inlet receiving vacuum power from the central vacuum system power unit through pipes installed in the walls and ceilings of the building.
SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A surface cleaner has a surface cleaning head having a solid collection chamber that is separated from a surface cleaning head liquid collection chamber by a porous divider wherein, in use, the solid collection chamber is positioned at a lower elevation than the surface cleaning head liquid collection chamber. An upright section is moveably mountable to the surface cleaning head between an upright storage position and a reclined surface cleaning position, wherein the upright section comprises a cleaning liquid reservoir and an upright section liquid collection reservoir. The upright surface cleaner is operable in a floor cleaning mode in which liquid is collected in the surface cleaning head liquid collection chamber and in the upright section liquid collection reservoir, and the upright surface cleaner is operable in an above floor cleaning mode in which liquid is collected in the upright section liquid collection reservoir.
Surface cleaning apparatus
A surface cleaning apparatus includes a housing including an upright handle assembly and a base mounted to the upright handle assembly and adapted for movement across a surface to be cleaned. The surface cleaning apparatus is further provided with a fluid delivery system comprising a fluid dispenser configured to dispense fluid to a brushroll and at least one fluid delivery channel forming a portion of a fluid delivery pathway. The fluid delivery channel can extend adjacent to a portion of the suction nozzle assembly. An interference wiper interfaces with a portion of the brushroll to remove excess liquid from the brushroll.

An extraction cleaner may include a base, an upright body pivotally coupled to the base, a supply tank removably coupled to the upright body and a recovery tank removably coupled to the upright body. The base may include a non-removable door and a removable suction nozzle. At least one fluid dispensing nozzle may be provided on the door. The door may be pivotally coupled to the base for providing access to an agitator. The cleaner may include and auto-spray configuration. The cleaner may include a support on the upright portion for the recovery tank. The cleaner may include an additive tank received in a receptacle of the supply tank. The recovery tank may include a float and/or an airflow management configuration. The cleaner may include a cleaning tool and a suction changeover valve and/or a fluid changeover valve. The cleaner may include a mixing valve for supplying fluid to a fluid changeover valve. A cleaning composition including an aqueous based cleaning solution mixed, on demand, with an aqueous based oxidizing solution is also provided.
Floor Cleaning and Drying System
A floor cleaning and drying system for simultaneously shampooing, vacuuming, and drying a floor includes a housing. A power source is coupled to the housing. A shampooing apparatus is coupled to the housing and expels a cleaning fluid under pressure downwardly onto a floor. A vacuum apparatus is coupled to the housing and suctions a dirty fluid upwardly from the floor. A floor drying apparatus is coupled to the housing and blows a heated gas downwardly onto the floor to facilitate drying the floor. A plurality of wheels is rotatably coupled to the base wall to facilitate movement of the housing across the floor. A handle extends upwardly from the housing. A control panel coupled to the handle is electrically coupled to the power source for selectively actuating the shampooing apparatus, the vacuum apparatus, and the floor drying apparatus.
SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A surface cleaning apparatus includes a housing including an upright handle assembly, a base mounted to the upright handle assembly, a recovery system comprising a recovery pathway, a fluid delivery system, and a brushroll within the recovery pathway of the recovery system. The surface cleaning apparatus is further provided with a self-cleaning mode configured to clean the brushroll and the recovery pathway.
Extraction cleaner
An extraction cleaner for a floor surface includes an extraction nozzle. The extraction nozzle that defines a fluid flow path having an elongated nozzle opening, and includes one or more stiffening elements that stiffens the walls around the nozzle opening to prevent collapsing or deformation of the extraction nozzle during use.
SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A wet/dry surface cleaner has a surface cleaning head and an upright section moveably mounted to the surface cleaning head between an upright storage position and a reclined surface cleaning position. The upright section comprises a non-cyclonic liquid separator and a downstream a cyclonic separation stage. When the upright section is in the storage position, the cyclone separator is positioned above the non-cyclonic liquid separator and the cyclone chamber fluid inlet is at a lower end of the cyclone.
