The pre-filter bag includes an inlet port connected to the inlet, a radial inner wall, and a radial outer wall. The radial inner wall and the radial outer wall at least partially define an internal cavity and extend circumferentially about a central axis of the pre-filter bag such that the internal cavity forms a continuous, closed loop.

The vacuum plate body has an upper surface, a lower surface, and a resilient gasket on the lower surface of the vacuum plate body around a perimeter of the vacuum plate body to form a seal between the upper perimeter of the wheelbarrow body and the lower surface of the vacuum plate body when the vacuum plate system is on the wheelbarrow body. The resilient gasket covers an area of the lower surface of the vacuum plate body sufficient to fit over the upper perimeter of a plurality of wheelbarrows having open bodies in a range of sizes.

A container receiver is disposed on the T-shaped stalk. The container receiver supports the fluid container and is nested within a recess defined by the recovery container.

The extractor comprises: a base movable along a surface; a handle configured to be gripped by a user to move the base; a nozzle in fluid communication with a suction motor configured to generate a suction airflow through the nozzle; an encoder operable to generate an encoder signal as a first signal based on user-initiated movement of the base along the surface in a forward direction and as a second signal based on movement in a rearward direction; and a controller operatively connected to the encoder and the suction motor, the controller being configured to change a power to the suction motor to a forward power level based on the first signal during operation of the extractor and to a rearward power level based on the second signal during operation of the extractor, wherein the forward power level is less than the rearward power level.
