20230190059 · 2023-06-22 ·

A tube arrangement is described, said arrangement comprising: an inner tube and an outer tube telescopically slidable relative to each other; wherein the inner tube comprises, on an outer surface thereof, a longitudinal groove and a plurality of deformations having a predetermined shape; a sleeve fitted into the outer tube, at one of its ends; a fastening device configured to prevent sliding of the inner tube with respect to the outer tube, when said fastening device is at least partially engaged in one of said deformations; a slider and elastic means, wherein the slider cooperates with the fastening device under the action of the elastic means; and an actuating device operatively connected to the slider; wherein the longitudinal groove forms, at one end of the inner tube, a slide inclined towards the longitudinal axis of the inner tube for separating the inner tube from the outer tube.

SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS

A surface cleaning apparatus includes a base assembly with a suction nozzle and at least one wheel. A hand-held portion has a hand grip, a recovery container, and a suction source in fluid communication with the suction nozzle and the recovery container and configured for generating a working airstream. A wand is operably coupled between the base assembly and the hand-held portion and defines at least a portion of a working air path extending from the suction nozzle to an air outlet in the hand-held portion and including the suction source.

MODULAR BLAST GATE FOR A DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM AND SYSTEM INCORPORATING SAME
20230194012 · 2023-06-22 · ·

A modular blast gate for a dust collection system. The blast gate includes first and second regions. The first region has a first configuration and enables securement of a duct of the dust collection system to the first region via a first connector mechanism. The second region has a second configuration different from the first configuration and enables securement of the duct to the second region via a second connector mechanism different from the first connector mechanism. The blast gate is usable to connect differently configured ducts, hoses, or pipes to equipment that generates particulate material. The blast gate is mountable to the equipment or a support surface. Two of the modular blast gates may be joined to one another to enable two ducts to be connected together.

The present invention relates to vacuum cleaners with steam functionality (steam and vacuum cleaners), preferably to canister steam and vacuum cleaners, comprising a suction hose and a steam hose for respectively suctioning dirt and conveying steam, wherein the steam hose is external to the suction hose and comprises, at each end, a detachable connector, preferably a rapid-fitting detachable connector, for optionally detaching the steam hose when using only the vacuum cleaning functionality.

Vacuum cleaner accessory

An accessory tool for a vacuum cleaner includes a conduit and a nozzle. The conduit includes a first end coupled to the vacuum cleaner and a second end opposite the first end. The nozzle is coupled to the second end and includes a first portion with a first set of teeth and a first channel with an opening opposite the first set of teeth. The nozzle also includes a second portion with a second set of teeth and a second channel with an opening opposite the second set of teeth. The first set of teeth interlock with the second set of teeth, and are configured to cause the first portion and the second portion to pivot together relative to the conduit between a closed position and an open position. The nozzle is movable along an outer surface of the conduit from the second end toward the first end.

Suction Hose Connecting Piece
