Process for a continuous synthesis of zeolitic materials using seed crystals loaded with organotemplate
Disclosed herein is a continuous process for preparing zeolitic material with a CHA-type framework structure comprising SiO.sub.2 and X.sub.2O.sub.3 and the zeolitic material so-obtained. The processes comprises (i) preparing a mixture comprising one or more sources of SiO.sub.2, one or more sources of X.sub.2O.sub.3, seed crystals, one or more tetraalkylammonium cation R.sup.5R.sup.6R.sup.7R.sup.8N.sub.+-containing compounds as structure directing agent, and a liquid solvent system; (ii) continuously feeding the mixture prepared in (i) into a continuous flow reactor at a liquid hourly space velocity; and (iii) crystallizing the zeolitic material with a CHA-type framework structure from the mixture in the continuous flow reactor.
CU-CHA SCR CATALYSTS HAVING SPECIFIC LATTICE STRAIN AND DOMAIN SIZE CHARACTERISTICS
The present disclosure provides catalyst compositions capable of reducing nitrogen oxide (NO.sub.x) emissions in engine exhaust. The catalyst compositions include metal ion-exchanged zeolites having a domain size of less than about 1500 Ångstroms (Å), a crystallographic strain of less than about 0.7%, or both. Further provided are catalyst articles coated with such compositions, processes for preparing such catalyst compositions and articles, an exhaust gas treatment system including such catalytic articles, and methods for reducing NO.sub.x in an exhaust gas stream using such catalytic articles and systems.
STA-30, A NEW MEMBER OF THE SWY FAMILY OF MOLECULAR SIEVES, METHODS OF PREPARATION AND USE
The present invention is directed to a method of preparing a molecular sieve of SWY framework type, denominated STA-30. STA-30 is synthesized using 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, 1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]octane derivates and combinations thereof as structure directing agents. The resulting molecular sieve is useful as catalysts, particularly when used in combination with exchanged transition metal(s) for the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) of NO
SYNTHESIS OF FINNED ZEOLITE CRYSTALS
A secondary growth procedure described herein is used to prepare finned zeolites. The finned zeolites possess properties that are distinctly unique compared to crystals of similar size lacking fins. The procedure is amenable to a wide range of zeolite crystal structures.

PRODUCTION METHOD OF POROUS MATERIAL, POROUS MATERIAL OBTAINED THEREBY AND Si SOURCE COMPOSITION FOR PRODUCING POROUS MATERIAL
To provide a technique enabling the effective use of a plant-derived Si source. The present technique is capable of providing a production method of a porous material containing Si and Al, in which a first Si source composition that is a plant-derived Si source and an Al source are used as at least raw materials. The first Si source composition may be a Si source recovered when a treatment for recovering the Si source is carried out after a carbonization treatment of a plant-derived raw material. A second Si source composition may be a treatment product obtained by a decarburization treatment of a plant-derived raw material.
