DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR WATER DESALINIZATION
A water desalinization apparatus for efficient water desalinization includes a first removable cover for daytime use and a second removable cover for nighttime use. The first removable cover allows sunlight and infrared rays to pass through the cover to heat saline water held in a fluid basin. The second removable cover is positioned on the fluid basin when the first removable cover is removed from the fluid basin to form the water vapor from the saline water. The second removable cover includes a first plate that acts as a cold body to convert the water vapor to fresh liquid water. A second plate is arranged between a freshwater collection conduit and the fluid basin. The second plate includes nonlinear apertures configured to pass the water vapor from the fluid basin to the first plate. The nonlinear apertures define a shape lacking a direct line of sight through the nonlinear apertures.
Zero discharge water treatment apparatus and method
A wastewater management system includes a series of water treatment modules to treat wastewater and produce reusable and/or potable water and other beneficial byproducts of the wastewater treatment process. A pretreatment module, a filtration module, an evaporator module, an odor control module, a UV-light module, an autoclave module, a sonolysis module, an ozone module and a chlorination module are combined in multiple combinations along with holding tanks, condensers, flash tanks and other components to address water purification and reclamation needs based upon specific wastewater conditions. The system captures condensate from AC systems and rainwater from rainwater gutter systems processes the water to produce reusable and/or potable water with or without re-mineralization. Any CO.sub.2 produced by the water treatment system is captured and processed using naturally-occurring flora. The wastewater treatment system includes multiple closed-loop subsystems to minimize energy usage and maximize water purification and reclamation for reuse.
WATER TREATMENT AND DESALINATION
Embodiments of the invention provide systems and methods for water treatment and/or desalination.
SUB-BOILING DISTILLATION EQUIPMENT
The present disclosure discloses a sub-boiling distillation equipment capable of efficiently purifying a raw acid. The sub-boiling distillation equipment is made up of a feeding part, a condensing part, a heating part, a pure acid guiding part, a pure acid receiving part and a tail acid collecting part. The tail acid part is always kept in a normal temperature state, thereby ensuring that tail acid are not simultaneously heated and ensuring purity of distillates. Meanwhile, a controllable PID heating manner is adopted, so as to ensure accuracy of a heating temperature 0.1 C.
Method for purifying water and water treatment system therefor
A method for purifying water involves heating impure water in a first reboiler, a second reboiler and a combustion steam generator to ultimately produce about 3 parts by weight of clean water and about 1 part by weight of clean steam for every 4 parts by weight of the impure water. A water treatment system includes a gas-fired combustion steam generator that is operable to produce a hot steam stream. A reboiler is connected in receiving communication with the gas-fired combustion steam generator to receive the hot steam stream. A separator is connected with the reboiler and is operable to separate an output stream from the reboiler.
System and method of desalinating sea water
Saline water from a body of water is desalinated using a water purification system. Chambers of a plurality of tanks are filled with a volume of saline water. The saline water is heated to increase a pressure and produce water vapor within the chamber of each tank. A condensation valve disposed within a condensing tube is moved to an open position such that the water vapor is released into a respective condensing tube. The water vapor is condensed to provide potable water.
ARRANGEMENT FOR PROVIDING STERILE WATER FOR INJECTION PURPOSES
The invention relates to an arrangement for providing sterile water for injection purposes. A device for heating drinking water above the boiling point, a device for maintaining a chamber inner pressure which lies below the atmospheric pressure, and an electronic controller are provided, and the chamber is equipped with at least one membrane which is impermeable for liquids and a film or plate at a distance from the membrane, wherein steam which is permeated through the membrane is condensed on the film of plate. The membrane and the film or plate form a module, and the condensed water can be removed from the chamber via an outlet as sterile water for injection purposes.
