Magnetizing Device and Method for Preparing Magnetized Water for Dust Fall of Underground Coal Mine

The disclosure claims a magnetizing device and method for preparing magnetized water for dust fall of an underground coal mine. The device is formed by a plurality of magnetic drums in a parallel connection with connecting elbows in a “U”-shaped arrangement manner. Each magnetic drum consists of an external magnet, an internal magnet, a hollow pressure pipe, a spiral blade, a screen magnet cover, a connecting steel column, a pressure pipe, a closed nut and a flange plate. According to the disclosure, the internal and external magnets are arranged on a spiral flow channel consisting of the hollow pressure pipe, the spiral blade and the pressure blade by means of an alternating arrangement, thereby building an efficient magnetization environment combined by pulse cutting magnetization and spiral turbulence, enabling that the water for dust fall flowing through is magnetized continuously and efficiently.

A liquid desalination system is disclosed. The liquid desalination system includes a feed line having an inlet to receive liquid and an outlet to discharge the liquid. The liquid desalination system includes a magnet coupled to the feed line, the magnet to generate an oscillating magnetic field within the feed line and in opposition to the feed water flow. The removal of targeted ions can be achieved by manipulating the frequency and rate of the generated electromagnetic waves. The generated electromagnetic waves can be tuned to weaken the hydration bonds of that specific ion and facilitate its removal. The liquid desalination system generates an electric field across the feed line to enable the liquid to flow through the electric field. The electric field may attract sodium ions to a positive electrode and may attract chloride ions to a negative electrode, to desalinate the liquid in the feed line.

The object of the invention is an apparatus (50) for magnetic treatment of fluids, comprising a substantially cylindrical housing (6), having a bottom wall (61), a top wall (62), and a sidewall (60) running around the circumference of the bottom wall (61) and of the top wall (62) of the housing; at least one inlet opening (2, 3) and at least one outlet opening (4) formed in a wall of the housing (6); at least one magnet (8) connected to the housing (6), wherein the magnetic field of the magnet intrudes into the housing; wherein one or more inlet tubes (30) are connected to the one or more inlet openings (2, 3), wherein the inlet tubes are at least partially tangential at least in the proximity of the inlet opening. As a result of this configuration, the velocity vector of the fluid to be treated has a significant tangential component during most of its travel through the apparatus and thus the fluid crosses the magnetic field lines of the magnets having their magnetic axes oriented parallel with the centerline of the housing such that the angle formed between said field lines and said velocity vector is large.
