Water quality purification device, water purifier and aquarium using the same
Provided are a water quality purification device, and a water purifier and an aquarium that use the water quality purification device. The water quality purification device includes a component filled with a micro-electrolysis catalyst and a biological filtration component that are connected in series. By utilizing a micro-electrolysis technology, pollutants in water are preprocessed and the biodegradability of the water is improved. A water body processed by the micro-electrolysis catalyst enters the biological filtration component, which can greatly improve the purification efficiency of the biological filter bed. Working together with an adsorption electrode, this structure can effectively stabilize the water quality in the aquarium and greatly reduce the required times of changing water.
WATER TREATMENT AERATOR HAVING BUBBLE DIFFUSER
An aerator assembly for wastewater treatment includes a draft tube and an air supply assembly. The draft tube includes a sidewall and presents open top and bottom tube ends. The air supply assembly includes an air supply conduit and a diffuser body. The diffuser body has an inlet aperture and a bubble generator connected to the inlet. The inlet aperture is connected to the air supply conduit such that the bubble generator receives air from a source of air, to which the air supply conduit is connected. The bubble generator has a plurality of air openings for generating fine air bubbles. The diffuser body is sealingly engaged to the sidewall adjacent the bottom tube end so as restrict upward flow of wastewater through the draft tube past the diffuser body.
Device for housing beneficial microbes for the purpose of water remediation
A device for the housing and stimulation of underwater microbial activity has a lower inlet end and an upper discharge end, the lower inlet end defining an inlet opening therein, the housing defining multiple channels therein extending to the upper discharge end of the housing, the inlet opening communicating with interconnected channels, following an indirect non linear path between the inlet end opening to a discharge opening defined in the discharge end, so as to disrupt the path of fluid as it travels from the inlet opening to the discharge opening. The device has at least one leg extending from the lower inlet end to keep the device off the bottom of a waterbody floor to limit its susceptibility to clogging from the sediment bottom or growing organics. The leg has sufficient weight to sink to the bottom.
Microbiological Culture Apparatus of Wastewater Treatment System
A microbiological culture apparatus of a wastewater treatment system includes a cage, a spacing device received in the cage, and a plurality of culture woods vertically received in the cage and positioned by the spacing device. The spacing device restricts the culture woods in an upright status and spaces them from each other to form a passageway between each two of the neighboring culture woods. Wastewater flows through the passageways to have low temperature and high dissolved oxygen.
Combination of Trickling Filter and Aeration Tank of Wastewater Treatment System
A wastewater treatment system includes an aeration tank under a plurality of trickling filters to receive wastewater from the trickling filters. A plurality of bacteria culture modules are received in each trickling filters. A plurality of blower devices and air pipes are provided to generate ventilation to cool the wastewater flowing out of the bacteria culture modules. Each of the bacteria culture modules has a cage in which a plurality of culture woods are vertically received. Therefore, a temperature of the wastewater is reduced to form an environment which is good to the bacteria.
SUBMERGED BIO-RESTORATION ARTIFICIAL ECOSYSTEM REACTOR
An aerobic bio-restoration aqueous system is contained in an artificial ecosystem that treats contaminated water to yield a natural balance or state wherein indigenous flora, fauna, insects and animal life thrive. The system contains a reactor that has exterior walls for enclosing contaminated water. The walls can be solid, but generally contain one or more perforated areas. An important advantage of the present invention is that the perforated areas such as openings, holes, etc., allow the aqueous matter to flow into as well as out of the artificial ecosystem. The ecosystem reactor can be located in a lake, a pond, or other aqueous environments. Water can flow into the artificial ecosystem and be bio-remediated, by utilizing natural flow and/or currents of the aqueous ecosystem. Various types of one or more inert media substrates containing pores that generally contain one or more microorganisms therein serve to bio-remediate various matter contained in the aqueous system such as contaminated water, e.g. industrial contaminates, residential contaminates, commercial contaminates, sewage, or corrosive compounds, and the like as well as bio-sludge. Other matter that can be bio-remediated include algae, food wastes including dissolved sugar sources, fats, grease, oils, and also excrement from animals such as humans, cows, horses, pigs, chickens, and the like as well as various sulfur, nitrogen, phosphates, and carbon compounds. The inert media substrates are generally contained in a perforated bag or pipe. Optionally, an aerator can be utilized to supply air to the artificial ecosystem.
Aquifer storage and recovery system including aerobic reactor using microbes from underground aquifer
Provided is an aquifer storage and recovery system, in which microbes extracted from an underground aquifer are involved in an assimilable organic carbon (AOC) removal mechanism and applied to an aerobic reactor, and a predetermined portion of assimilable organic carbon in raw water is removed through the aerobic reactor.
WASTEWATER TREATMENT DEVICE AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT METHOD
A wastewater treatment device has: an ozone generator which supplies ozone; a mixer which mixes ozone supplied from the ozone generator with wastewater and supplies ozone mixed wastewater; an ozone oxidation unit which progresses ozone oxidation in the ozone mixed wastewater while passing the ozone mixed wastewater therethrough and discharges wastewater in which the ozone has been consumed; a biological treatment unit which performs biological treatment on the wastewater discharged from the ozone oxidation unit using microorganisms; and an adjusting device which adjusts the amount of ozone to be mixed with the wastewater by the mixer so that ozone in an amount that inhibits the microorganisms of the biological treatment unit does not remain in the wastewater discharged from the ozone oxidation unit.
Waste water treatment method using membrane separation-activated sludge
In a waste water treatment method using membrane separation-activated sludge, when, during filtration while supplying air using an immersion-type membrane separation unit loaded with multiple flexible membranes, the filtration differential pressure of the membranes at a set filtration flow rate exceeds a specified value P2 with respect to the filtration differential pressure P1 of the initial period of operation, membrane filtration is continued with air supply stopped until the filtration differential pressure P3 becomes P3P1+20 [kPa]. Then with the filtration flux or filtration pressure being smaller or negative compared to when filtering while supplying air, air is supplied and after the filtration differential pressure P4 during filtration reaches P4P1+5 [kPa], filtration is returned to filtration while supplying air.
AQUIFER STORAGE AND RECOVERY SYSTEM INCLUDING AEROBIC REACTOR USING MICROBES FROM UNDERGROUND AQUIFER
